Booked a trip for 5 friends and myself to the LeHigh white water rafting and we had a blast. We had tour guide Chris who is the man. He made the trip going and returning enjoyable. The entire set-up is super professional leaving you with little to no hassles or headaches. They have transport, food and fun all covered. You just need to show up and get ready for fun on the river. Definitely looking forward to doing more adventures with them.

Did the white water rafting. Our guide was Josh. He was hilarious, he made me feel so at ease even though I was super anxious. Highly recommend that you bring a change of clothes, shoes and a towel.

We went to Lehigh river white water rafting.
Everything was ok and very professional. Only 1 thing I don't like, there's too many people. Too many to the point that our group keep bumping each other in the placid river. But it's still fun cos we throw water to each other.

Had a wonderful time white water rafting (with Andy the guide) and an even more relaxing time kayaking and sampling wine on a different trip (with Alex the guide). It's a very enjoyable way to spend a full day with friends, taking in the scenery, exercising your arms and appreciating nature. The kayaking was very nice because it was serene and calming not hearing the noises you hear in the city. I really liked the snacks and sandwiches for kayaking (we got ruffles and choice of either mozzarella with tomato or turkey and cheese sandwiches), but I wasn't too fond that on the rafting tour there were pretzels and choice of ham and cheese or peanut butter and jelly (I personally really hate pb&j). So if you're a picky eater or a constant snacker, I suggest you definitely bring your own snacks and drinks. Also, always make sure to pack sunscreen, towel, as well as a pair of dry clothes to change into so you're not chilly sitting on a bus ride all drenched.

I've gone white water rafting, skiing, and wine tasting with Sourced Adventures. Each experience was well organized and there were no hiccups. The buses leave from Manhattan on time and return on time. The guides are polite and helpful. The lunch they serve is definitely not gourmet haha but it isn't bad either. I'll definitely be doing more adventures with them.

I've been on several Sourced Adventures trips and always have a blast! I've done the Long Island wine tour, snow tubing and brewery, and I'm heading out for yoga in the vineyard this weekend! My favorite, though, was the camping/rafting overnight trip to the Poconos, which I did last fall and had the best time!! It was like sleep-away camp for grown-ups. Initially I was nervous about the white water rafting, but it was really not scary at all while still being something of a thrill! The group leaders were so fun, dynamic, funny and personable and they really made an effort to engage everyone on the trip. I can't wait to go back again this year! Sourced staff is helpful, attentive, and really wants to make your trip fun.

I love this company. I live in Brooklyn and I'm about to take my 4th trip with them this Friday. I moved from NC so not having a car to get out of the city to do the things that sourced adventure does wasn't an option before. Now I'm always searching for a moment to take one of their trips! The paintball trip is amazing! The white water rafting is a lot of fun esp if you've never done it before. I'm about to go on their ski day trip this Friday!! The buses they use are always nice and very clean. Their staff is energetic and super friendly. A wonderful company!

We escaped NYC today and survived white water rafting. :). We laughed, we screamed, we had water gun fights with neighboring rafts. We created a friendly war! But suddenly, they kidnapped our captain! and took our water gun weapons!! Then, we got stuck on a rock because we weren't paying attn.. ... (Not our fault! we were trying to get our weapons back!! Alas! We got off the rock. ..
In the end, we rescued our captain :).. And they "gave back" our weapon. So much fun. Josh and Kyle from sourced adventures were a blast to have with us and we felt lucky and safe. :) great time.. Girls, try to recruit a guy on your raft if any of you fall off he can retrieve you faster. No biggie if you fall off though.. Someone will get ya.
Its not dangerous.. just a nice thrill.. make sure you pay attn to guides. The end. :)

This was my first time white water rafting. I had the pleasure of rafting with the guides Andrea, Jackie and Asya. They were outstanding guides. I had the thrill of the summer by getting flung into the water with a guide as another raft crashed into us. SO MUCH FUN!! As i was racing down the rapids alone for a few minutes i kept laughing saying how much i couldn't wait to do it again. I recommend this to anyone who's looking for a thrill ride. Do it do it do it!!

Such a great trip white water rafting! 6 of us went Saturday to the Lehigh River, departing from NYC. Everything went so smoothly and Andrea was a great tour guide. It lacked a little bit of structure but we were able to figure it all out and everyone was very helpful. The rapids were so much fun. Get ready to be soaked!!! Not but the rapids but by other rafts throwing buckets of water at eachother. Lunch was really good. The area that you get dropped off at was nice. Live music, Ice Cream, shopping and food. Would highly recommend this to others!
