I recommend South Bay Auto Glass to anyone who needs windshield replacement. A small object hit my windshield and it started as a small crack then as the days passed it started to spread. Carlos answered all my questions and was very nice. I needed a windshield replacement for my '23 Dodge Charger and Carlos was fast and efficient. He gave me prices for OEM and Aftermarket, I chose OEM. It's been almost a week and I have no complaints.

I went to South Bay Glass for the first time in 2020 for an urgent Windshield Glass replacement on my Chevy Camaro. Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic @ the time, the shop owner (CARLOS), went out of HIS WAY to service my vehicle. Good service from such a humble staff is difficult to forget, so I was happy to COME BACK AGAIN for my windshield replacement.

I decided to tint my windshield at a local window tint shop, (which was a bad idea), so I needed my windshield completely removed & replaced due to my chosen incorrect window tint. CARLOS was extremely helpful and did an amazing job on my car. He even went out of his way to explain proper windshield tints suitable for cars like mine. He made sure I was well aware of everything and was beyond efficient with servicing my vehicle.

God bless this business and helpful people like Carlos!! He truly shows how he is always willing to go that extra mile for a customer, and you can't find that easily now and day.

Had an amazing experience at this nice repair shop. A couple months back a rock shipped. My front windshield and I came here because of the good reviews. The technician who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and communicated all my different various options for me. I thought the pricing was more than fair and was so pleased with his service that I left him a tip would he said to me was not necessary. I would strongly strongly recommend bringing your car here if you have any window or windshield issues!

I can't believe the poor job Carlos did putting a windshield in my Toyota FJ.
Carlos did more damage to my car than the cost of a new windshield.
* Broke both side cowl panels on the hood.
* Broke my antenna cover.
* scratch the hood of my car by opening the hood with the windshield wipers extended. You did this right in front of me.
* They glued the old molding back on the windshield. They got glue everywhere. It looks horrible.
* The windshield leaks.
* They used the hood of my FJ as a work station.
I told Carlos what a bad job he did and I'm going straight to the dealership to get the repairs done and getting the windshield put in correctly.
When I called Carlos a week later to discuss the cost of my repairs, he had my call phone blocked.
I massaged Carlos thru Yelp where I found him and no response back at all.
I attached the bill from South Bay auto glass for $400 and it cost me $1787.40 to get the damage fixed and windshield replaced again.

Carlos did a great job at fixing my window, and I haven't had any issues since and he was able to get my car back the same day! I would definitely recommend his services.

The service here is so fast and they are knowledgeable! They took my car in same day I called and they had it ready in less than 2 hours. The price is fair but my car is back to brand new. Carlos also caught that my vehicle has had its window replaced in the past...which is news to me considering we bought this car brand new. You can tell the people who work here are honest people. It's a family owned business and that made me even more comfortable. There's a nice waiting room with options to watch many things & a pool table. Absolutely would come again.

Carlos did a great job on my windshield repair. I had about a quarter-sized ding from a rock thrown up by a truck on the freeway. He responded immediately to my text and gave me a quote based on photos I sent him. When I arrived, he reduced the price because it was smaller than what it looked like in the photos. I was impressed by his honesty as well as the repair. I would definitely use South Bay Auto Glass again.

Top Notch Customer Service

Called to get a quote for replacement glass on a 2005 Pilot (18 year old car). Carlos answered and took down my info -told me he needed to make a call and offered to call me back or text (asked my preference) in about 5-10 minutes. I asked for a text since I was at work.

Within 10 minutes I had a quote for the requested glass. Same day service with a Honda Factory piece of glass (not aftermarket) for $260 installed - a VERY fair price! Even offered to cover the tax for cash/zelle payment.

There was a hiccup with the glass getting stuck in the door mechanism. Carlos and Carlos Sr contacted me and said they would try to troubleshoot. They ended up fixing the door mechanism and installing new glass and had it ready to go in less than 3 hours.

Happy to support a locally owned and operated business. Thank you Carlos and Carlos Sr. You have earned our business the next time we have an auto glass need.

Had a pretty big crack in my windshield and needed a full replacement-- I called at 10am, got the car in at 1pm, and picked it up all fixed within 3 hours!! Carlos was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. It was all together a super easy process especially with it being finished so quickly. Definitely recommend going here!:) Thank you Carlos!!

My drivers side window since mid last week wouldn't completely close and I was so concerned as the weather forecasted it was going to rain soon for several days. I took it to South Bay Auto Glass and Carlos was able to take a good look at everything and was able to solve the issue with my window.
