About this time last year, I decided to get braces and straighten out my teeth. Today, I took them off and am super happy with the results! Dr. Ho and his staff are amazing. I came in for a general check up, loved the staff and their professionalism and decided to take our relationship to the next level. Dr. Ho and the best dentist and orthodontist I've ever had. I highly recommend visiting if you're searching for a new dentist. Dr. Ho does general dentistry as well. The location is great with plenty of parking and very comfortable and clean. Thank you Dr. Ho and the wonderful staff! I look forward to visiting again.

There's a reason my family has kept this team as our dental providers through their move from Burlingame all the way to Daly City. Amazing service and so efficient with appointment reminders and consideration of their clients. I appreciate ALL the staff here, and the fact that there's a high employee retention really has me trust their care even more. I don't trust providers that have a rotating staff because I don't know how many hands my records are passing through. But I recognize the secretaries, dental assistants, and doctors every time I come in, and they recognize me! They even ask where my mom is cuz she used to drive me to appointments, haha! Last time when I was getting my fillings I offhandedly remarked that I wanted a new retainer for my teeth. In less than an hour after the filling I got a scan of my teeth, an order sent out for a new invisiline, and as much insurance coverage for my payment as possible. Professional, friendly, smart, and everything I could ask for and more!

Really like Dr. Ho and his staff. They are organized in terms of scheduling appointments and follow-ups. Office is nice and clean.

Unlike other dentists who always try to promote something (Invisalign for example), Dr. Ho discussed my issues thoroughly and propose solutions accordingly. He did not exaggerate the problems like most dentists which made me feel pressured. I had an instance where one tooth got sensitive after a prior filling appointment for a different tooth. Dr. Ho's office scheduled a follow-up appointment right away and fixed it for me. I was really appreciative.

They are also transparent when it comes to billing. They let me know the estimated costs before any proposed procedures.

This is literally the worst dentist office I have been in. I did a cavity filling here and it's close to the nerve, and I have been having pain after the filling, and it's very sensitive to hot and cold. I came back to check up on the pain, Dr Ho ask if it disturbs my sleep, if not then it's not a problem. I understand they worry about their liabilities, but denying my pain to cover their ass is not ethical. I went to see another doc to get a second opinion and was told that I can go back and request a redo of the filling. So I came back to this doctor and their office is very defensive, refuse to do a rework, on top of that I request my treatment notes per my current dentist request, guess what, this dentist also refused! I will report them to my insurance and I highly recommend people NOT come here!

First time patient at this dental office and Dr. Ho was very personable, professional, and thorough with his assessment. They asked me very specific questions about my dental history which I appreciate. I've been having issues with clenching and he caught some changes in my teeth that required me to be more consistent with wearing my mouth guard at night.

I appreciate that their fees were very affordable, and they were within network so my out-of-pocket fees were very reasonable. The office is very calming, and staff were very polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

I went there a couple times for cleaning, whitening, root canal treatment and etc. Dr Ho is very professional. The staff are super nice and always patient to answer my questions. Would definitely come back.

The friendliest staff and a really experienced dentist staff. They were very efficient with my cleaning and quickly scheduled me in for two fillings.

I just loved the atmosphere, decor, Staff and Dr. Ho is fantastic . If I would have found him years ago , I would still have ALL my Teeth.

I have been going here for the last 5-6 years and definitely rec'd this local dentist spot. A few bullet points below:

- Great staff! Dr. Ho is the type of doctor that explains the what and why really well. The remaining staff are always nice; friendly and very helpful as well.
- Modern office equipment and layout. Bonus points for playing music (usually Jazz) in the background.
- Clear and concise upcoming treatment plans including pricing.
- I go here for my dental cleaning and also had tooth extractions and implants done; other stuff (e.g. wisdom removal) as well. They're able to do most if not all dental procedures that you'll likely need.

Overall - great spot that I'll continue going for my dental services!

This is place is awesome! From the moment you step in and the moment you step out they have the best door to door customer service. Dr. H and his staff are a delight to work with and I recommend this place to anyone. If I can give them 10 stars I would!

I've been coming here since almost the time the office opened (8 years ago?). Everyone is kind and courteous, but what I most appreciate is that Dr. Ho is honest. My previous dentist was a scammer (fake diagnosis). I came here to get a second opinion for recommended surgery. Good thing I did because Dr. Ho said my teeth and gums were in great shape! Ever since then, I've been very content coming back again and again for regular check ups.

BTW, my previous doctor (initials F.Y.) has retired now, but he sold his practice to another scammer. If you don't come here, watch out!
