Damian came to fix my dryer that wouldn't start and was great. He was efficient, professional and nice to talk to. I will definitely call them for any further appliance issues I have. Definitely recommend.

Tried working with Damien to remove and replace my dryer. We didn't even up getting to work together due to time constraints but he provide me a trusted referral. Damien was prompt with communication and always returned my call. I would use him again if needed.

Like a used car salesman! I try to support local businesses, but this is unacceptable. To jerryrig a repair, then charge almost 200 dollars for a "defective switch", when it turns out to be the timer! They depend on the customer to be clueless and choose to take advantage of people. Instead of being thorough and honest, they try to convince people to switch out their appliance for one of theirs, when the fix is cheap. Most fixes are WAY BELOW their 70 dollar visiting fee. For the future people, DON'T USE THEM!

I was in a tough spot, having to replace a washer/dryer set for a spot that I don't even own, but Damian at Southside Appliances was able to hook me up with a new set at a reasonable price. They even helped install the unit and haul away the old one. It helped turn a very stressful experience a simple one, and Damian himself is a total sweetheart. Thanks for everything.

Our washer gave us an error code right in the middle of running a load of laundry. I called Southside Appliances and Damian was able to schedule to come see us same day. He showed up within the estimated window, was courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain each step of the process and solved the laundry problem quickly. He is an honest businessman and guarantees his work (6 month warranty). Also love that he is running a family business, it's important to support local businesses! The number associated with this business no longer belongs to this business. I know this because the number now belongs to me! I get dozens of calls daily asking for assistance with their appliances and honestly, I just feel bad for these people and the business they're trying to reach. These people in need are wasting their time calling this number, and the business itself is losing business!

Damian went out of the way to help me repair my refrigerator. When it couldn't be repaired he brought me a used refrigerator at a wonderful price. He worked so hard to help me. The best!

I had a broken washer and dryer. Damian came out right away at our scheduled time and was able to fix it in one visit. His service was great. He communicated the issues very well and the company offers amazing warranties on their work and parts at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again. They also service LG appliances which a couple companies I called do not.

My husband bought me a dryer for this place it works great but the inter latch broke with in the first week or two other than that. It's fine and my husband want take it back.
