Pretty hit-and-miss cleaning. Literally. Some places it hits, some places it misses.

The sides of my car were still quite untouched with grime. The front and back were probably TOO scrubbed. When I got home I found that almost the entirety of my rear license plate paint had been scratched right off the metal.

Very exownsive and the car always when I go doesnt come clean, many yimes came same dirty alhalf of my car. Plus the employment scanned my sebit car and they did double charge for same day, and manager said this ia not true, I went to the bank and they told me this charhe is from the sane day from speed wash in surrey. This is not recommended place to wash your car fpr not body.

What can one say about a car wash? I come here on occasion when I'm too lazy or it's too cold for me to wash my car. I usually question myself about why I go as it's always so pricey but that's the price I pay for convenience. This location can be a big pain in the butt to get in & out of as it's right on King George and drivers aren't always nice about letting you get through.

I will go again as I like a clean car but don't always want to do it myself and this is probably the best car wash in the vicinity. I've been to others and paid a hefty price but the car came out just as dirty.

Car wash scratched my driver side mirror on my almost brand new car (one month old). The owners take no responsibility even though the video the provided shows the mirror being pushed out of place, and snapping back into place. My only option is small claims court, for a $300 repair , it may not be worth it - and they know it. Don't bring your car here!

Seriously one of the cheapest places to wash your vehicle! You have about 4 different options for wash with the cheapest around $7 for the basic. If you wash often, then the $7 works great.

I've been here twice; both times the vacuums were so weak they wouldn't pick up a thing. And, wheels weren't cleaned very well. Save your money and vacuum your car @ home. The cleaning of the outside of the car was good.

It's basically what the name says: speed wash. If you're looking for a quick car wash, this place will do the trick. Don't expect a miracle to happen when you go through here with a superbly dirty car though. It's kinda just common sense.

This place isn't my first choice for a car wash (I hand wash, it's the best way to make sure everything is done perfectly), but it's where I take my car for a quick touch up and maintenance clean up at a cheap rate.

It's really straight forward: you pull in, select a lane, pull up, choose what type of wash you want, and then pull forward and switch your gear to neutral after the attendants have gestured to you. Then, your car goes through and it gets cleaned. Pretty easy peasy.

Vacuuming is free, which is probably the best (and worst) part, depending on when you come and which vacuum you end up using. There's a limited number of vacuums though, so if you come during the afternoon on a hot day, expect to wait a bit. Some of the vacuums are also weak, so don't come if you're in a hurry -- you'll just leave angry.

Customer service is meh. They used to be more engaged, but they've switched over to requiring a pin entry, so that basically takes away from any engagement opportunity. Be prepared for it.

Ideally, they need to upgrade their vacuums and increase the amount of time cars spend in the drying part of the wash. Like I said at the top: it's fast. Not the greatest, but it does the trick if it's been a week or two since you detailed your car and you wanna keep it clean.

Don't waste your money. I definitely will never again. They do not guarantee a clean car. I didn't even want my money back just another car wash to finish the job. No off roading mud or anything just city driven civic! Very disappointed!

Really good car wash, me and my friends will ALWAYS go out of our way to come here. The service is good also.

The only thing that would make going here even better is if they got more vacuums. They are very popular and it would be int heir best interest to get a couple more so that people wouldn't have to wait a long time or drive back and forth to find a free one.

The worst car wash experience I have ever been through! I paid over $10 for a car wash to only have the front end of my car cleaned. There was no proper soap dispensed and the cleaning rollers stopped spinning beyond the front doors of my car. The owner is ripping people off. The touchless car wash at my local gas station does a better job. SpeedWash is overrated!
