11-1 and I had to call to find out the hold up
It's after 2pm
When he called to say it was 11-2. But this was after I called at 2:05 pm
I would not recommend this company. Just beware of recommendations from Nextdoor
I canceled the appt right then too

We have a old whirlpool top loader thats been a work horse in our family for a long time and it has some issues so we called Speedy Appliance repair.
Not only were they professional, friendly & knowledgeable they were eager & happy to help get the old mare working again.
After a couple of hiccups the machine is doing the twist and working like it's brand new! Thank you Mike for your patience & diligence! I'm happy to refer you to my friends & family

Our washing machine was not draining. I contacted Samsung service hotline and was told it could be a drain pump issue, they would send a service technician, but we had to move the dryer that's sitting on top of the washing machine ourselves. So I contacted couple of handimen to help move the dryer but none of them was able to come. Finally, after about a week of no washing machine, I went on Yelp to find an appliance repair company. Mike picked up the phone, asked me to snap some pictures of the washing machine. He ordered the drain pump replacement and when it arrived, he came to our home. Turned out, it was not a drain pump issue. The drain was clogged from a bunch of hair clumped together. Mike and his partner figured it out, removed it, and the washing machine worked fine after. We didn't have to pay for a new drain pump. So I cancelled the service technician from Samsung. It's been months since this happened and our washing machine still works fine. Highly recommend Speedy Appliance Repair.

Mike is great. He fixed our Whirlpool refrigerator promptly and effectively. He is pleasant to deal with. He is competent and professional. Can recommend Speedy fully for any appliance repair needs.

While I wouldn't say the price was low, it was fast, incredibly efficient (they figured out how to handle as stacked washer job that required unstacking and somehow were able to do it without it). They were responsive, on time, professional and personable and I'd use them again for any other appliance repair. Happy customer.

I've used Speedy Appliance on two occasions. Once, for my dryer, which sounded as if there was a chirping bird inside, and more recently, for my dishwasher. On both occasions, the service provided by Speedy Appliance was prompt, highly professional and highly skilled, and the issues were resolved . I called Mike since our washing machine has been causing water hammer and I wasn't sure if it was a plumbing thing or an appliance thing. True to the name of the business, he called me back in a speedy fashion and walked me through the steps to tell what the problem was and gave me some troubleshooting steps to try. Sure enough, we turned the water intake down just a bit and the water hammer definitely lessened. Next couple of loads, we'll fine tune and likely eliminate the problem. I will definitely put Speedy Appliance Repair in my contacts and call them when I need another appliance repair. He seems to know his stuff and isn't just about making a buck, but building a reputation for integrity and knowledge. Thanks Mike!

We had a wonderful experience with Mike. Our washer was starting the cycle, but stopping part-way though a wash, and we were stumped . I called Mike, and he was able to come out within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, and he completed the repair within 45 minutes. Professional, quick and efficient. He also provided some recommendations for new washers and dryers. His fees were affordable, and we were on our way to clean clothes lickity split!

Mike and Wesley were great with the door valve repair for our LG washer. They knew exactly the problem, gave a 100% accurate and reasonable estimate, we're on time, finished the job quickly with no mess or drama, and gave us some great trips to prevent the original problem from happening. Left a message late in the evening and got a call from Speedy 1st thing the next morning. Mike came out that morning, diagnosed the problems with our dishwasher, and made the repairs. He was great about keeping me posted on what he found, and what the cost would be. Now the machine is good as new, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
