Someone whose name is Irish for Charles, helped us as we pulled in without an appointment. He was kind, prompt, thoughtful, and attentive when chatting with us.

it took a week to get the rear window glass in, and they didn't clean the broken glass out of my hatch window so for a week broken glass fell into my hatch, then they ordered the wrong glass and told me to come back, then my car wasn't ready...

really poor customer service. they don't stand behind their work. they didn't install my wipers properly, as documented
by my mercedes service. they couldn't even callibrate my navigation system. the wipers become loose, broke off and damaged my windshield. now they won't take responsibility.

Brought our car in to replace the windshield after being damaged by a rock. The staff were amazing, super polite and helpful. Originally, our car was supposed to be in for 3 hours but the job was completed in less than 1.5 hours. Fingers crossed we never have to replace our windshield again but if we do, we'll be returning to Speedy :)

The guy with the English accent was rude. I don't think he went to school or did anything with customers service I think they pick him up from east Hasting terrible experience. I will not recommend or come back. I did give them a second chance but not anymore.

The worst and inhuman service ever.
I drove to Kingsway branch Wednesday Aug 19 2020. The driver glass completely shattered and broken into. Glass every where. My belonging stolen. I had been trying to reach them over the phone and no response! Waiting for ever. I called Broco glass and got somehow to them. I parked the car not in the correct place (my bad) just to talk to the guy. He who claimed was manager gave my crap for my parking. I told him I need help. He said call. I said I have been on line for 20 min. He said it's covid!! With a lot of attitude and then said we are busy today. I parked my car properly and put my mask on. Told him while crying that I am clearly in distress and need help and all he is giving me is hard time on my park, covid and no service. By that time I am crying but also my voice was raised as I was very stressed. All he did is at that point tell me to go elsewhere as he refuse to give me service. Go elsewhere. Repeat my with the worst tone ever. Never ever pne should go to them and especially that man again. This was by far the best customer service experience in a long time of my living in Vancouver!
Making appointment was a breath, then I got a reminder by e-mail and by phone about upcoming appointment, and once I got there, they paid for my transfer to work and for return back to Speedy Glass for car pick-up, wow! There were 2 people at the front desk, very nice and polite and ready to help, both ladies (the one whom I gave the car key to, and the one who return them to me) went out of their way to help, they were very nice, very fast and professional. I was really impressed, and couldn't believe the quality of customer service I got. The job with my windshield was done well and I got a call as soon as my car was ready. Highly recommend this place, and although I live in Richmond, I would use only Kingsway location of Speedy Glass for all possible auto glass problems. Superb Service! My wife brought in our vehicle for a windshield replacement due to severe rock chip damage. Not only did they drive her to work during the repairs but they gave her taxi vouchers so she could return to the shop once the repairs were complete. They even gave her a a free set of wipers.

I rarely post 5 stars, but the customer service at this Speedy Glass location was amazing.

My rear window was smashed, so I went to Speedy on 12 and Kingsway in Vancouver to ask for help. Their technicians had problems understanding how an automatic rear door is operated, and found them forcing it manually which puts a strain on the hydraulics of the car. It was 4.30pm and they were in a hurry to close the shop so the foremen in charge told me to take the car to a repair shop because the rear wiper motor is damaged. I am an engineer, and tried to demonstrate that the motor is fine (and it is), and he told me to speak with his manager. The manager told me that I should take my car to a repairs shop because his worker said it cannot be repaired. Very rude people, no customer care or emphaty, no technical expertise. I want to mention that i have a brand new top end car, and when I came to their shop my rear door and window were carefully covered with poly because of torrential rain. They took the poly off to examine the car, and didn't bother to put it back on. I fixed it the best I could as they were watching me (didn't offer to help), and left the shop.
Never again I will go to one of their shops. I still cannot believe how rude these people can be including their manager.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
