Spring Spa & Massage

Really rude. Massage is alright. She asked for my card and charged me before i even got the damn massage. Then when i went to tip she said "that's it" and said she did a deep tissue massage. She did not do that and even if she did i wouldn't know because that's not what was discussed. I am nice and i work in the service industry so i gave a total of $20. I probably would've came back. I will not come back and now i have a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you for being the typical stereotype we all see in this area.

If I could give negative stars I would.
Me and my partner called a week ahead and booked a couples massage at 1pm the following Sunday . We got there ten minutes early and where greeted by the lady working the front seat with "what do you want" right off the bat being very rude. We told her we had an appointment and wanted to pay separately (due to our financials) she completely ignored us and charged me the full $180. She walked us to the room told us to get undressed and slammed the door on her way out. Twenty minutes goes by and it's 1:10pm and one lady walks in without knocking first yo me and my partner changing. She said she's going to start my massage and both me and my partner questioned where the second person is and we where told she'd be there in five minutes. She didn't show up for another twenty minutes. At this point we where pissed. I told my massage tech to gently on me due to the fact that I bruise easily. She did not listen and ended up leaving me covered in red marks and bruises. Then after the massage the lady who was late started demanding for a tip, we are extremely great and tipping for everyone but I'm sorry the service and treatment was poor so we did not tip.

Spring is a nice spot for a massage. They asked if I wanted medium or hard and opted for the latter. The therapist did a great job working out my knots and I was comfortable the whole time. One thing I appreciated was that she took care to not run lotion through my hair during the face/head portion of the massage.

Note, I saw them listed as cash only on another listing. They accept credit cards but add a $1 fee per massage.

Ask for Cici, she has been my my favorite for a long time. I have been to a lot of massage places around Palo Alto, San Francisco and San Jose but she is the best.

Communicative - understands where I need more pressure and where I need less.

Sweet and does not mind if I give a little too much instructions.

Surprisingly strong. Uses Hands, elbows, feet, knees based on what pressure you want.

My favorite part is the walk on the back and also when she massages my lower back/ glutes with her knees.

I have migraine Headaches and sinusitis. She does something on back of my neck and I am able to breathe again! I always walk out pain free.

I wish I could get a massage right now.

Great and professional, Definitely worth the money for the massage, I got a massage from a girl babe Vicky, She was very nice and the massage was so good I fell asleep lol, My job has to do with a lot of labor work so when my body starts aching this definitely helped, I will come back.

Very clean and the people there are very nice, I pulled my back out at work and went there to get it fixed, It helped a lot I wish I could of stayed longer lol definitely worth the money and I will be back.. definitely recommended.

First, this is a solid budget massage. It's clean and the ladies are good and strong.
Second, my first experience here was straight out of a sitcom. If you want a restful and quiet massage, consider going elsewhere.
1. It's noisy. The ladies and clients are loud as they talk to each other. The sound machine doesn't drown it out.
2. I was 30 minutes into my massage when the ladies swapped out on me. They never told me. I started with one woman. And mid way, someone else came in started working on me. They never told me or explained what was happening. I only figured it out when I flipped over and saw an entirely different person there. Now, I understand English might be a barrier and so I'm not judging the lack of language skills. I think just telling me and showing me that a swap out was happening would have been helpful.
3. My first masseuse answered the cell phone twice during my treatment. The second masseuse answered her phone 3X before I asked her to stop making appointments on her phone and just using one hand to continue the massage. After the third call, I asked her to put the phone away. She apologized.
4. I couldn't fall asleep because of the noise and phone calls. And, I could hear all the customers making their appointments. So for the sake of their privacy, I hope the manager stops this practice.
5. That said, this is a solid budget massage and these are hard working folks who are kind and sincere. I can't imagine I will be going back there but I hope their business improves and thrives. My massage was decent but it was not a restful afternoon.
6. I had at least two other women walk into my room to talk to my masseuse. Where's the privacy for the client?
I wish them the best. Their prices are too low. They need to charge more. This is tough work.

I must say this is by far one of the best Massage location I have been too. My therapist she is excellent! Did just what I asked and very knowledgeable. Place is very relaxing and I must say very clean.. Thank you!

I just driving by there yesterday. I decided to get a massage for help my backache. I forgot ask my massage therapist's name. She has strong hands for deep tissue massage, that's help my muscle sore relief. I feeling so great !
