SpringHill Suites Oakland Airport

I had an excellent experience with the parking/airport shuttle. Really close to the airport. Loads of parking with security cameras everywhere. Clean and secure. Hotel staff very nice. My shuttle driver was amazing. Very professional, friendly, kind and cheerful. He advised me to call when I landed and he'd be waiting for me at the assigned spot. What a game changer! I've had to wait so long for other shuttles to pick me up. Highly recommend parking here when traveling out of OAK.

I hope they know how grateful I am that they let me stay here at a corporate rate.
I was here 13 nights in December.
And 6-8 most other months.

I tip the bartender quite well and appreciate how clean the rooms are.

The salmon dinner is excellent
The van driver always has a smile.
Your front desk personnel also energetic
And attentive.

This hotel rocks.

Super clean room looked just like the pictures definitely will come again for another concert it's so close to the arena over all one of best experience I've had

We were staying only one night, before an early flight out of Oakland airport. It seems like a newer hotel. The check in staff was very helpful and nice. We rolled in at about 9:30pm, and the bar/restaurant was buzzing with people. Our room was very clean. The bathroom/bedroom set up was one of the best I've seen: space saving, but still roomy. The shower was made for tall people, but low enough where I could adjust the showerhead. (Im short).
Breakfast was sufficient. Today was a buffet of scrambled eggs, two different kinds of sausage, different kinds of breads, whole apples and whole oranges and an oatmeal bar. Good enough to get you on your way until lunchtime.
I wish I was staying here longer, this would be a good homebase to explore the Bay Area.

We have stayed here 4-5 times. The staff is mostly great. My husband has feather allergies. So we always call ahead. There was only 1 time that they didn't follow through with trading it out. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport.

This hasn't been the safest neighborhood. So mind your surroundings. Also, we were on the 5th floor last time. It has a walk around ledge, and our windows weren't locked and one was slightly opened. We notified the front desk.
You need to check!

They have a restaurant on site. They even have a happy hour from 4-7. Discounts on beer and 40% off appetizers. The salmon salad is excellent

I love this hotel. I stay here often the day before a flight because I don't live close to the airport. Love it! Clean, safe and affordable. The staff is great!

Stayed here for one night as I had a concert nearby. Check in was super quick and plenty of parking available. Room was very spacious. Staff who checked me in was very pleasant. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a not so nice neighborhood. We stayed here as it was close to the Oakland Coliseum to watch the California Angels play the Oakland A's. The breakfast was good (included in the price), the bar and grill were also nice. The front desk staff was average, so minus 1 star there, but the room was spacious and clean. Overall a great place to stay.

Parking here via WAY.com at Springhill Mariott in OAK off Hegenberger Rd. About $8-9 weekdays and $11-13 weekdays 6/22. Parking for 7+ days is $91 before and $111 with taxes.

Nice safe lot with a security guard. Of course not responsible for lost items signs abound. Nice staff. Front desk worker actually took us by shuttle to OAK airport like 2 miles away.

We haven't come back yet ( return near midnight local time on my bday 7/4), but Iam leaving the review now assuming it will stay great. Recommended parking than other lots near the airport that may have breakins.

5 stars isn't enough! I had the pleasure(?) of having to be in Oakland for 3 days a week over the month of September (2023). I stayed each night at this hotel. First off- VERY CLEAN! Extremely clean to be more specific. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. They have a terrific airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes, and on-call when you arrive at the airport. They are VERY close to the airport- very convenient.
Let's talk about the staff. AMAZING! the desk staff- Will, Alexis, ET and ALL the others (I don't have their names). THEY ALL are incredibly nice, cordial and helpful. All the staff- from front desk- to shuttle drivers- to bar and restaurant- to housekeeping were fantastic! All of them were super friendly and helpful. All the time!
I know I will have to come back to Oakland and I WILL be staying here!

I needed a place while visiting family. The location was easy to find, quiet, and close to everything. I appreciated the quick responses to requests, the friendly employees, and the snacks for purchase. When my daughter's blood sugar went low, I was able to get her juice without leaving the hotel. Thank you!
