Stanley Lo and his entire staff are the best real estate agents we have ever had. The follow through and complete attention to detail was stress reducing and he attained for us an excellent sale. We can not thank Stanley Lo enough for his personal attention and prompt responses from his outstanding staff. I wish I could have given 10 stars to this most wonderful realtor.

Stanley and his team made the sale process incredibly easy, and were able to turn over the house very quickly. When Stanley Came to the house he took plenty of time explaining his plan to sell the home. Stanley assured me that the home would be sold very rapidly and explained the entire process. Stanley listened to what I wanted and my needs, and did everything possible to get the best price. Stanley came over when it was time to sign the contract and explained everything in detail. Stanley suggested that the home be staged and gave me the name of a company to contact. Of his team Elena, was amazing! Elena and Mona (the Orange Coast Title Company Escrow Officer), worked diligently and efficient to complete the sale. There were two open houses and after the second one, multiple offers were received. I could not have been any happier with the outcome! The outcome was overwhelming. I would, again, highly recommend, and hire Stanley, his team and also the Orange Coast Title Company of Burlingame, CA.

Stanley met us at our house in South San Francisco to give an overview of his company, and he came again when we chose him as our realtor to sign papers. Given his vast experience in real estate, we followed all his suggestions and basically left it all to him. Part of his service is to provide home staging and all home reports and once we gave the house keys to his team, everything went so smoothly.
