This review is not a reflection of their service but the fact that my card was used here fraudulently. To me, it didn't seem like they care about verifying the identify of the cardholder before running a card. As long as they got the cha-Ching, you know what I mean? So this review is a reflection of how secure and suspect their payment system is and how little they cared when I called and told them they accepted a fraudulent card. To the gentleman I spoke to: YOU, the MERCHANT, will have to foot the bill for accepting a fraudulent order. The bank will pull the refund for a fraudulent order directly from the merchant:). This isn't something you can just brush off just because you had no idea you accepted a fraudulent order. Think before you speak.

Five Stars for alterations. The key to looking well put together is altering your pieces to fit perfectly.

I needed two dresses and a pair of pants hemmed, and a heavy winter coat that needed the sleeves shortened and tightened for a great fit. I needed them to be close by, done well, and I needed them to be open during posted business hours.

Star Dry Cleaners delivered with polite customer service, a seamstress named Rosa, and were open when I needed them to be.

Received my clothes back and tried everything on, everything fit like I wanted. I love custom alterations and definitely will be returning here.

I have had nothing but great results from the Star Dry Cleaners. They do great work very professional, friendly and polite. I live in Menlo Park and it is worth the drive. Not only do I love there work but I like the fact they are open in Sundays. Thank you Star Cleaners for a job well done.

I rarely use dry cleaning services however I needed my bridesmaids dress hemmed the within 2 days of the wedding. I was recommended to come to star dry from another business who didn't have the time. The seamstress did a fantastic job. I would definitely coming again! They were quick, reliable and affordable.

If I can give 0 star I will! Normally I don't like to give bad review unless I have to. I don't want others to experience what I had. I am a big supporter of local business but this dry clean is seriously bad.
I took my blazer for dry clean, when I received it, my blazer looks worse and dirtier. I took it back asked for a second try, the employee said it is my responsibility of the stain, he said he can give it a try but won't guarantee anything.
His attitude was bad, all he wanted was to get rid of me. He seemed relief when I said I will try another dry cleaner. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

How can you screw my linings up?

I am pretty disappointed with the quality of the service. The owner seemed to be a nice person but I couldn't comprehend the quality of his, or his employee'a work when they took 4 days to dry clean my blazer.

Update: I took it back to the dry cleaner shop and was able to receive a prompt response from one of the employees. I am glad that things are settled now. However, I still cannot understand why some stains weren't removed completely the firsthand.

I love it here, this is my go to stop shop when getting my alterations, dry cleaning and anything fixed on my work attire or personal wear. Their turn around is so fast I mean legitimately next day depending on what needs to be done. The gentleman that is always there is SUPER SWEET AND ATTENTIVE! He helps in anyway he can and reassures that everything requested is to par so that there are no issues.

One of the perks is the drive thru they have which is so cool, so if you don't want to hop out of your vehicle to drop or pickup just drive around the building and you'll be greeted with a smile ready to assist!

I appreciate businesses that are closed on Sunday, but I desperately needed to put my black slacks in the cleaners. So, today after church I decided to drive to a familiar local cleaners & found out that there are new owners AND they were opened today, yahoo! Very grateful and thankful for your business hours & low prices!

This place is under new management with new owner now.
New owner is very nice young gentlemem.
He is hard worker and nice service here.
They do excellent alteration and dry clean.
This place has drive thru which is very unusual
for dry cleaners and convenient parking.
Drive thru makes much easier to pick up and drop off when with my kids.
Convenient location.
I'm very satisfy with their service and reasonable price.
