Reliability, ease and comfort at a reasonable price.

After being stood up by a taxi going to the airport, I decided I need more reassurance than a cab company is willing to offer when there is a plane to catch. (Apparently your taxi rez is for a position in their queue, not for a taxi.) My friend gave me Mike's number and I've been a fan since. Very professional. And RELIABLE!

I cannot recommend Star Limo to anyone who hopes to get to their destination and save some money at the same time. My first experience months ago with Aaron involved his not showing up in the AM. A quick call to Star revealed he had put down PM rather than AM. I drove myself to the airport and parking cost a lot more than his promised fare. There would not have been a second experience except that he promised a free ride in one direction to make up for the mistake. This one went okay. The third time I waited for him at the airport where he had dropped me off 2 weeks earlier. This time to avoid an error, I called him the day before and confirmed the time and place. He said I was in his calendar. See you tomorrow. Nope. He went to the wrong airport. I took a taxi home at a significantly higher rate than if he had taken me, to avoid waiting an hour while he changed airports. In baseball 33% is not bad, but not in travel. So save your money and your aggravation and find another way to go.
