We definitely recommend Starline as a 5 + star service. The personal customer service was exceptional and Volkan provided immediate response with every communication. Volken personally took us from Walnut Creek to San Francisco Pier to our cruise ship and picked us up 12 days later for the return. He even texted us before we got off the ship to confirm the time that he would be there to pick us up. Needless to say that gave us so much assurance and peace of mind. In addition Starline Airport and Limo Service rates are extremely reasonable and his website is very trustworthy.

Volkan was so great to work with. He was right on time to pick us up to take us to the airport and when we got off the plane again he was right there. He is very reasonable and well worth the money spent to not have to drive or park at the airport. We will always use this service in the future. Thank you so much. What a great job. Starline provides the most professional, reliable, seamless transportation I've ever experienced. Volkan and his associates are always, always on time and consistently have the nicest, cleanest cars of any car service. Now I have nothing to compare them to because I won't use anyone else. I've used them for airport transfers and most recently transportation to/from a Warriors game.

General conversations with Volkan on tipping subjects....for chaffier/limo driver standard industry on tipping 10-25% depend the hospitality , almost 100% airport/limo services company all have 5 stars rating.

My usual stardard tipping is no less than $20.00 for $150.00 airport ride each way with decent service . tipping is totally up to the consumers or clients.

Under the California Labor code,a gratuity/tips is defined as money left for by a customer above the actually amount due for the underlying good service, Generally, a tip is left by a customer as rerward for good service..

"AND THE AMOUNT IS NOT REGULATED BY THE EMPLOYER".

Uber XL within 5-10 mins arriving where We live cost around $100.00 for SFO ride with tesla and they dont demand tipping. Guess what some people choice is going to be if aiport rides/limo service company demand 20 % tipping for their driver plus cost of the rides....

I have been researching a nice ride to SFO for my parents for an upcoming trip they are taking that I helped plan to celebrate my mother's retirement. I messaged and called several companies to get info on vehicles and pricing, and Starline was the most responsive. They were also very transparent about their fleet, the cost, etc. I appreciated their quick replies when it seems so many other companies were too busy to respond at all. I haven't booked with anyone yet, but Starline would have made my decision easier if they still had their pictured tesla!
