We were looking for a place to park for the NYE events happening in the area. We drove past several garages that posted parking for $85-$100 and you had to pick up your car before midnight! WTF?! The whole purpose of going there for NYE events is to at least be able to stick around for the midnight count down right? If you don't pick it up before then, your car gets locked in overnight with an extra fee of course.

One of the parking attendants from another garage referred us to this one. We pulled in and I noticed the sign that said 24hr parking. Nice! But wait, it has to be over $100 is what I was thinking. Manager walked to the car, and told us it would be $60 as long as we pick up the car before 130p the next day. I asked him 3x the price just to be sure I was hearing it correctly. Sweet!!

Picked car up the next morning around 630a, paid our $60 with no problem. Car was in a secure lot, no damage to my car so I was satisfied.

My sister and I decided to park here after we couldn't find street parking for an event we were attending in the area.

The sign shows that parking is $20, but upon pulling into the garage the attendant asked how long we were staying and said it was going to $25 instead because of how long we would be there (~4 hours). Since we were already running late we agreed to the increased rate.

Upon returning to the garage, a different attendant was there and he was very unpleasant. He yelled us and asked us to pay angrily. He was extremely impatient and irritated because we didn't know he was talking to us (he had been helping a couple who was ahead of us who were still getting into the cars to leave and we were standing a few feet back to socially distant). After paying him, he went to get our car and drove very aggressively and recklessly out of the garage to return our vehicle. During our exchange with this man, we were trying to be courteous despite his attitude.

While I'm glad we parked in a manned garage, I am definitely not parking here in the future due to the false advertisement and poor customer service.

They hit my 2020 3 series bmw. Complete scam artists. They blocked my phone number and won't show me camera footage. Worst place ever do not go here. Horrible people won't fix or admit to damage

I had a truly dreadful experience at this parking garage. Not only did they overcharge me and deceive me about their pricing, but they also repeatedly denied my unlimited in and out privilege, creating unnecessary conflicts. To top it all off, they went so far as to confiscate my receipt and refused to return it. This place epitomizes poor customer service and is a prime example of how not to run a business. Avoid at all costs!

Definitely avoid this parking structure if you can! This place is valet only and the price is reasonable but there are similarly priced garages nearby that would be better options. The staff here were rude and aggressive, both in terms of language/behavior and the way they handle your car. When I picked up my car, the male staff at the booth literally yelled at me because I didn't respond to him immediately (I didn't know he was talking to me).

Overall, I regretted parking here and wish I didn't give this place my business given their attitude and the rough handling. I probably should have checked in more detail to see if there were any dents and scratches, but they try to rush you out so quickly that I didn't even get a chance to.

Don't park here unless this is your last option and you have to park in a garage!

A friend who resides around the corner recommended this garage (Northgate Parking, per the receipt) at 818 Leavenworth, and left my VW e-Golf overnight with no issues. Excellent & friendly service from both attendants - drop off & pick up. Thank you!

DO NOT PARK HERE! The owner has no respect for you or your property. They have put multiple chips/scratches on my car and I have never once asked them to pay for the damages or show me their cameras. Today I found a very noticeable chip on my door handle and showed the owner. He tried to say that it was because my car was dirty. If you look at the photos below, you can clearly tell that it was chipped pretty badly. I asked him to be a little more careful and he replied "don't park here, I don't ever want to see you again!"

The owner does not know how to apologize, admit that it was their wrongdoing or even say that they'll be careful next time.

I'm trying to save you the hassle because they do not give a shit about your property. Please park somewhere else.

This parking garage was terrible. I am writing this review to warn everyone to please stay away from here. My husband and I tried parking our car here last night (7/20/23) and we were ROBBED by the employee working there that evening at around 11pm. The employee was incredibly rude and angry and aggressive, and he started yelling at us for literally no reason. The entire time we were very polite to him, and we do not understand why he was so aggressive, and why he would rob us! It got so bad that I had to call 911 and once police intervened thankfully we were able to get our money back, but nonetheless, we were terrified.

It is rude like the man who was there yesterday, July 3 at 10:40 p.m., treated us in a way that is not appropriate, you are not to blame for the problems you have if you don't want to work, don't work and give the opportunity to someone who is going to give better customer service that man is one with a thin beard I hope they can improve the service or put another one that better serves the customer

Once in a while you run into a business that has no scruples about what they will do to scam you out of a few dollars. The gentlemen at state garage run exactly this sort of establishment. I was staying at the Marriott Courtyard nearby on Post, and this place was recommended. I was given a flyer stating that overnight guests would get a rate of $25 for no in-out, and $30 for in and out. However, when I arrived at this place, they told me it was incorrect and it would be $30 for no in and out. I wasn't happy but I accepted.

I took the car and out, paid, and brought it back a few hours later. I should have realized this was a mistake, but this is a "fool me twice, shame on me" story. I asked for the same rate and they said ok. However, when I took the car out the next day, they demanded $40! I showed them the flyer again but no luck.

So basically they cheated me out of $25 in total over 3 days, Not a huge sum but really leaves a really bad taste in my mouth to run into folks like this, who have absolutely no shame whatsoever.

Picture of the establishment - go around the corner and park elsewhere.
