Staten Island Pest Control

I've had an issue with lanternflies this summer. Staten Island Pest Control responded quickly and treated the outside of four townhouses. I feel such relief. They can't be eradicated completely but this can control the population. I am satisfied with their service and reasonable rate.

Anthony and James Were great. Buy local. I had a bad mouse issue i had them come a mitigate the issue, I realize when you buy quality it wont be the cheapest but the level of service I got and customer service was great. They stayed with me from start to finish. Hard to find good old fashion hardwork!

Used them when I had ants in my first floor apartment. I had so many ants and Jimmy got rid of them after my landlord couldn't. Thank goodness because I had so many and was freaking out. Definitely would recommend.

I was referred to these guys for an ant problem. I was very happy with their service and even signed up for the monthly service for maintenance. This company might be newly set up but James has been in pest control for many years and is very knowledgeable and experienced. From the start, setting up the appointment was very easy - James responded right away and offered to give me a quick call. I could tell he really cared about his customers just by speaking with him. Communication was excellent throughout - he texted me a day before the appointment to confirm the appointment and address/time. I couldn't be there in person last minute but James kept me updated the entire time he was there and followed up with a call to explain everything to me right after he left the house. He emailed me pictures of the spots and included the treatment plan. I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism. Their prices are fair as well. We haven't seen any ants since :). They are really responsive and patient to answer any of my questions. I'll keep using this company! They've earned a very satisfied customer!

Called James a few times for mice in my rental property. James was always responsive and gave my tenants advice on what to do in order to prevent mice from coming into the house. Just recently called James for a wasp nest that he took down. I highly recommend him if you have any issues with pests.

Needed a bee infestation taken care of in my home, especially since I am allergic. Very attentive, kind, service! Fast responses and had the issue resolved within a few days. Will be calling again if the need arises!
