I moved from out of state and my 2019 Outback was occupied with dogs and moving boxes for many months. Including the 11 hour road trip - It was in need of a deep cleaning.

I live in Alameda and found that David worked nearby. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. Inside and out, my car looks amaaazzzing! I'm so happy with the results and the price to get my car looking brand new.

Will definitely be returning!

12/10 this was easily the best work I've ever seen. Got ceramic coat on body / windows. My Model S looks 20 times better than it did rolling off the lot - it's practically a mirror. Cannot recommend David enough. Bonus - he's incredibly knowledgable about cars and his passion clearly shows in his attention to detail. Prices are incredibly fair.

I can't recommend SteamWorks Auto Detailing more! David Chu's attention to detail and professionalism has our car that was covered in blonde Shibu Inu hair and a beaches worth of sand inside and tree sap and dust on the outside looking like a brand new car off the lot! He worked with our schedules, super communicative, and great to work with. Best bang for your buck, she's all sparkle and shine now. We'll be back!

David from Steam Works did a great job on my car that gets (unfortunately) parked outside. What I asked to get done was an engine and interior cleaning with a one year ceramic coating. He was communicative during the detailing process, sending pictures and pointing out problematic spots. If you live near the bridge on Park St. in Alameda, then you know how dusty the air gets due to the concrete factory. He pointed out the particles that was stuck on the glass and removed them with care. And that is the kind of work you get from him. You get attention-to-detail job done by a car enthusiast and a person who takes pride from his work. The interior was cleaned and sanitized by his Lambo steamer, the engine bay and the exterior looking clean and with a better shine than it had before that I would not mind showing the car off during the upcoming Monterey Car Week.

Just wow. I can honestly say I've never had such an amazing experience with a car detailer. Not only was the just they did AMAZING but it was extremely reasonably priced for here in the Bay Area. I'll probably regret leaving this review when I can't book an appointment in a few weeks.

Let's just start by saying David is really great. He is accommodating to your needs and provides excellent quality of work. David is easy to talk to and actually goes above and beyond. The customer service is a prime example of how all customer service should be like. Did I mention David was really great?
