Fantastic guy, quality service , reliable, honest and delivers what he promises!!! Can't say enough great things about him and his service!!!!

For the past twelve years if we ever needed quality service, Steve has always been there. Along with his team, Phil and Enrique, they replaced our water heater which was complicated to do in our old house. They completed the replacement in record time while they were being careful and making it affordable. Steve is well respected in the Sonoma area and I can see why.
He is thorough, honest and very reasonable.

Had a minor plumbing issue and they were able to get it fixed rather quickly. Would definitely use them again when needed.

A great experience should not go unattended to. We had a serious water line leak under our house. The area beneath the house was a wet mess, more like a swamp. In the past we've had a few plumbing issues and used a number of local plumbers, most of them were OK but nothing to write home about but in the last two days we've had the best plumbing company and crew EVER, they are the platinum standard. SRP did the job, quickly and successfully. Their price was right. Their work team of Phil and Enrique was "on point" from beginning to end. Even their office manager was both friendly and extremely helpful. What a great experience to encounter skilled plumbers! For us any and all future plumbing problems or issues will be handled by SRP. You won't go wrong in calling SRP for any plumbing issue!!! Thanks, SRP!!

We've used Steve two times now and he was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The first time we learned that our water heater had a small gas leak and we needed to get a new tube installed. He was able to come about an hour after my call and was done in 15 minutes.

The second time, one of our renters had clogged our garbage disposal and they were able to fit us in the same afternoon. He cleared the disposal and double checked our dishwasher and sink to make sure there weren't any other hidden issues.

His prices are fair and again, he's fast and super knowledgeable. We'll definitely continue to use Steve for any of our plumbing needs!

I am a "small time" customer and Steven came highly recommended by a contractor friend of mine. I wasn't sure if he would help me out as I had an Enagic Kangen Water Machine to install under my kitchen sink. He did, did a great job, made excellent logistical decisions like where to place the activation and water level choice mechanism and that was a few years ago.

I needed to have this machine serviced so I called Steve and made an appointment for him to come out and take the machine apart so I could ship it and then put it back together again when it returned. He did both. And when it was leaking, I called and he came immediately, fixed it and it turned out to be something I was doing that was causing the leak but he didn't know it at the time. He stands behind his work.

What I like about Steve Raffaini Plumbing is that he is responsive and besides being responsive, he shows up and he knows what he is doing! For a single woman who worries about being taken advantage of by a non-reputable company, there are no worries with Steve. Also, he is interested in "green" solutions. Saving our planet is high on my list so I always want to support a business person who is like-minded.
