I called first thing in the morning. I was told he could be out the following day to check out my washer. Later that same morning I gotta call that he could be here in 20 minutes. He had the parts for my washer and fixed it within 20 minutes. I've always been pleased with the service.

Steve again!

We have an overpriced hood island fan. 7 years of cooking meals and the blower greased up and froze.

Steve tackled the job - pulled the motor, disassembled, degreased, and reinstalled - no problem.

The price he charged was extremely fair.

He took a week but it was definitely worth the wait!

Dryer was screeching and other repair places were either booked for two weeks or did not service our Brand. Steve came the next day after I called and it was fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price.

Don't be put off by the lack of a pretty website or fancy trucks. This is a no frills guy that knows appliances and doesn't gouge you on pricing!

I called Steves on a Sunday and to my surprise he came over to my house within 10 minutes (great right). But heres why the low score, He said he would call me on Monday to give me the news weather he could get the part to fix my fridge. Well no call, so I called him, no answer, so I left a message and no response, so I call many more times and no response. and the message center says his phone messages are full and cant take any more messages. I don't know what happened but I should at least get a phone call giving me some info so Im not wondering whats going on. So Im going with another repair service.

Steve was early by 15 minutes, which was nice. He had the part that he needed, and replaced it quickly for a fair price that I felt was a great deal considering the smoothness and convenience of the whole thing. He was very professional, showed me what went out on the part that needed replacing and compared it to the new one, and my refrigerator is now working perfectly. We will definitely be calling Steve again if the need arises.

Steve came out and repaired an electrical problem with our stovetop on short notice in July. The fire department had left and I had a large party planned the next day for a 100 year old birthday, with no way to prepare the food. He made it happen that morning and I was back in business! Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. I had him come back a today to check the ignitor on one burner. He was on time and had it fixed quickly at no charge. He also helped me research buying new drip pans and what a reasonable cost would be. Will continue to call him for our appliances!

This is a family owned and ran business that carries new and used appliances. They thoroughly check out all used units and completely clean them before they sell them. All of the units come with warranties. They carry Maytag, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Jenn-air, Frigidaire, and GE appliances. They usually have a lot of items to choose from too. Their service is outstanding and they are very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and they are trust worthy people. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of used appliances or service.

I will not give Steve's Appliance any stars. I paid for a delivery and take away and it cost $40.00. That was a reasonably price. However, I asked them to take another refrigerator from our garage and bring that one in house. They charge me another FULL DELIVERY CHARGE. It should have been at least half. There was no driving involved and the full price including driving time.

Half way through the installation one guy leaves and we had to help them get in the house. Very poor service. Will not use them again. Would not recommend.

Anthony from Steve's appliance came out to my parents house and worked on their refrigerator for 2 hours on a Friday evening. My wife and I were there visiting and so impressed with Anthony's knowledge and friendly attitude. He provided exceptional service!!

I have used this business for repairs on appliance and was very satisfied. However recently I purchased a "nearly new" washer/dryer combination from one of the owners, Robert. He verbally gave me a warranty on the unit. The unit was used three times and stopped working. I have called and text Robert endless times since October and he always gives me some lame excuse for not coming out to look at the unit. They closed the store on Sunset Lane and I am not sure who is answering the calls for service. Just beware if you buy a used appliance from them.
