      I cannot praise John and the Stewart Chrysler Dodge team highly enough for the outstanding customer service they provided. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

      John at Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went above and beyond to address all my concerns and ensure that my car was repaired promptly and efficiently. He was extremely transparent about the work needed, explaining each step in detail and providing options where applicable.

      Moreover, the communication throughout the process was excellent. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and the job was completed on time as promised.

      Sad to update my experience to a negative one. I've been in contact at least 3 times and the recall of my car has still yet to be resolved. I first contacted Norman in Feb of last year who said they'd contact me when the part came in. Didn't ever receive an update, but let it go since I didn't follow up and it wasn't a pressing issue.

      Tried again this spring because my I couldn't renew my registration without getting the recall done, and they said the part should get there in about a month. A month passes, no update from them. I had to call multiple times before someone picked up the phone. They then said the part would be there in 3 weeks. 3+ weeks have passed and still no update.

      I'm sad that the customer service took this big of a dip since the last time I was here. I'll be looking to go across the bay to get my car serviced from now on.

      This location is friendly and helpful in the service department but unfortunately they are under MOPAR. The work under warranty takes at least a month based on previous visits and this time its been more than six weeks. I am told my Jeep is done but after all the other approvals they are waiting for MOPAR To approve payment. Service does not trust MOPAR's previous approvals will get them their money or they would release my car. IF the dealership doesn't trust the parent company neither should you. Driven a Jeep since 1976 but no more. Will keep this Jeep has a second car and loaner because I paid for a lifetime warranty and would like to see MOPAR keep paying. So far close to $10,000 since 2016. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO OWN ANY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM?
      IF SO good luck and Stewart is the place to go.

      Got my jeep from here had a really nice experience with them but then I should've known coz they don't really care once you drive off their lot. They take forever to pick up the phone and when they do, always throwing me from one to another customer team to figure out wth they are doing with their own work. Finally made an appointment to take a look at my jeep as the button for the back window is broken since the day I bought it and they wouldn't look at it unless u have different appointment to take a look at it specifically so I left and came back couple months later to just get the oil changed done and the person on the phone told me, she put me on schedule for 1pm but I could come early. Got there at 12:30pm and the lady front desk talking on her personal phone, not caring to greet or ask if I needed help because her personal life is too important and when I approached, she was telling me I won't be done until 5:30pm coz there are two other people ahead of me waiting, I got confused as the person on the phone told me earlier it shouldn't be too long as it's only an oil change and that I already have the appointment. I left as the front had an attitude. Uncool. Makes me regret doing any business with them. Do better.

      I been coming to this dealership for about 10 years, Angelina by far has been such a great help when I'm there. I remember when she was a cashier and now she's an advisor but her plaque says manager. Either way she's amazing! Thank you for your help

      I have paid over 3000 and counting ( because I'm still in there rental) into this company. I have been disrespected and now threatened to be taken off there service when I have done nothing wrong( I HAVE PAID EVERY TOLL AND PAID EVERY DAILY FEE). I could never speak to a superior manager and tickets claimed to get created with no follow up. Seems as if I would get sometime of decent customer service from a few representatives that would apologize on there behalf, but over all, I have had a horrible experience thus far and today talking to SAMANTHA and the potential threat of kicking me off the platform blows me away (I am under the UBER RENTAL PROGRAM and can't wait to get into another rental in the mean time my hands are crossed and have to deal with this company. These people have the potential to put me out of work and this is my lively hood. So sad. This previous text was created a c I upkeep of days ago l. Per DAMANTHAS threat she created a ticket to get ne kicked off there service. I have never disrespected anyone at this company haded out of AFRICA. Because of SAMANTHA I am now put out of work. I have filed with the BETTWR BUSINESSES BUREAU an d have to go to the court house and fule a small claims over EV CHARGES this is the worst experience I have ever had . I suggest no 9ne use this service especially under the UBER RENTAL PROGRAM I HAVE ALSO SENT THIS INFORMATION TO THW STATE OF CALIFORNIA. over 3000.00 of my money and this is how I have been treated. They need to back and listen to every recorded call. Report BBB

      Turned in my Jeep May 21st and I'm still waiting smh
      I called and left a message to get an update June 20th and still haven't received a call back!
      I Drive for Lyft and have missed out on memorial weekend, Father's Day weekend and half of pride month!
      I hope their service gets better

      I don't normally leave multiple reviews, but I'm leaving a second review since this is the second time that my wife and I have acquired a Jeep through Stewart CDJR. Although we weren't necessarily in a rush to trade-in our current Wrangler Unlimited Sport, we were examining the market because we eventually wanted a safer vehicle for our firstborn child arriving soon (in the Jeep world, this mainly means automatic windows and locks lol).

      The trade-in deal that Stewart CDJR offered was so solid that we had no choice but to accept. HUGE shoutout to Eli Galanakis (Sales Manager) who worked with us from day-1. He answered every email inquiry we had (even on his days-off and after-hours, which we did not expect), ensuring every question and concern was appeased! So, by the time we got to the dealership, we were in-and-out as planned! Eli truly went above-and-beyond in making this process fair and seamless for all parties involved! We look forward to continue working with this location!

      Had a very disappointing experience here last time. I had scheduled a service appointment for my vehicle very well in advance, but when I arrived at the service center, they said there was a scheduling error and wouldn't be able to accommodate me for the day.

      The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had arranged my entire day around this appointment, even leaving work early for it, only to discover upon arrival that it had been cancelled. I received no prior notification informing me of the change. This is completely unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for their customers' time and convenience.

      Moreover, when I spoke with the staff on-site, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. Instead of offering a solution or any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused, they simply told me to reschedule for another day. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has left a very bad impression.

      Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my appointment was handled and the lack of respect for my time. This experience has certainly made me reconsider using their services in the future.
