Sep 23, 2022Previous reviewHappy with the service and super happy with how they can do everything over text. I dropped my car off using drop box after hours and picked it up the same way. Was easily able to communicate over text messaging during the process to handle questions and give authorizations. Didn't have to take any time off work! Jeep was fixed as requested (emissions leak, suspension issue, and sensor issues) in a timely manner at a reasonable cost! Very happy with the service.

Very transparent and honest. Apparently had major damage to the A/C condenser with my Jeep Grand Cherokee's. Took more than 2 weeks to begin work due to warranty issues with the car dealer (talk about stress!). SUV was fixed in half a day otherwise. Though it was not cheap (to be expected with parts and labor) it is finally working! It's been one week since repair; and, so far so good.
Colton and Ken were both very helpful, explaining meticulous details about the damage and what would entail repair + cost. These guys were honest and empathetic.
Even got a Lyft to work and back at the end of a long day. Talk about customer service!

So glad I stumbled upon this place! I originally went bc I thought I would get 15% off as a Costco member, turns out that isn't the case for a simple oil change but they still gave me a discount anyway and apologized for the confusion.
I also dropped my car off and mentioned I'd be walking home but the guy helping me said it was too hot to walk and insisted on calling me a Lyft.
Needless to say I truly felt like they wanted and valued my business, even if it was only an oil change. I had an appointment for an oil change but missed it. Three days later, I called to see if they could get me in today. Not only were they able to squeeze me in 30 minutes later, but I was in and out in less than an hour. The team is mad cool and friendly, and I could feel the difference in my car immediately. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Mr Ken deserves much raise. Mr Colton and Mr Ken are delightful and most ethical of humans. I'm grateful for a mechanic location that operates as this location does. I was a skeptical squirrel coming back but I'll never ever deviate from bringing Lucille the Notary Mobile to this shop. If you're a new customer, you won't be sorry. I truly don't think there's a better place to put trust in with the livelihood of these vehicles. A massive thank you to Ken, Colton, and the team for not just doing their jobs but doing it as they do because service goes above and beyond. Be honest, be kind, be patient. And you'll be treated likewise. They're kind to everyone but customers should strive for giving the same we wish to receive. Youse guys work hard and I see you! I appreciate you.

Apr 24, 2024Previous reviewWent in for an oil change and windshield wiper replacements on Friday. Left with my windshield like this AFTER the first pair of windshield wipers were too small. Mechanics denied fault and I was told it was like this at intake even though it was not acknowledged until I saw it when leaving. My car was not like this when I went in, despite what was said to me. I was lied to in my face and was recommended to pay for Safelight. I won't argue with a group of men but I also won't be going back further and will find another shop. This was a good mechanical find until Friday.

First off, I hate going to any "Auto" appointment because I have had bad experiences and have always left feeling completely ripped off and like I still don't totally understand what was wrong with my vehicle but left with a huge bill.
I had an amazing experience here! They gave great customer service and I felt taken care of and like I fully understood what was wrong. I also love that they share "images" of the engine and where the problems are. Very impressed by this place! My car had a coolant leak and stress-free auto care really did make the whole process stress free! The customer service is great, the people are nice and they even pay for your Lyft home. I absolutely love that they do a whole inspection and send a very detailed report with pictures. Bonus points for their hold music/theme song, I've literally been singing it for days (lol). This is my new place for all things car repairs!

These guys rock! I brought my car here as my AC wasn't blowing cold. Huge problem living in Concord during the summer. I bought my car initially to a neighborhood service center, they charge me to flush the freon, but didn't investigate the issue. A hose was leaking, so in a couple of days, it was blowing warm again. I brought my car to Stress-Free Auto Care, as I have a good friend whose one of their district managers. They took great care of me! The diagnosed the problem within a day and I rolled out with my AC working...thanks guys.
