My car needed a maintenance check and oil change, and they did a good job. They took photos of anything that will need work and communicated well, mainly over text. I went with stress-free auto care because they had good reviews, even if it was a little bit further of a drive for me. Good value with the Yelp discount.

I recently had my Toyota Camry serviced at this mechanic shop and had a positive experience overall. The mechanics were knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car. They provided excellent customer service, keeping me informed throughout the process. The final bill matched the initial estimate, and the repairs were completed within the expected timeframe. Since the service, my Camry has been running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I can tell that the employees that work here definitely have a passion for this and care about what they do. Alex took his time to go through my inspection report with me and helped to explain each aspect of the report. I really appreciated this as someone with little to no knowledge about cars.

Charles is always welcoming and honest. I appreciated his expertise when it came to my vehicle's issues. Since the service took a few hours, he even offered a ride home (I just had to pay for the difference). Despite not getting issues resolved, he explained in detail what the problem was, and offered to get it taken care of on a different day.
This is my second time there and they are one out of very few in Sacramento that offer services seven days a week! If you book your appointment online, you get a discount.

When I tell you I've shopped around and consultation after consultation found no solutions. They provided! God bless this company! These are all before photos. I will try to be as objective as possible. I had a problem with my car brakes (completely jammed) and took it there for diagnosis. Let me start with the service rep, Daniel--he's a class act and it was definitely great working with him. Yes, they are pricey,I paid $205 for the diagnosis. However, the report I received was comprehensive.

My only complaint is that the report recommended fixing almost the entire brake system for almost $2,500. I know my car needs new pads and rotors, but this is a maintenance issue, not related to the urgent problem I had with my brakes. I ended up towing the car back home and fixing it myself for $70--the car just needed a new brake light switch.

This place is stress-free when it comes to transparency and has no shady practices. However, the cost will bring back all kinds of stress !

I got my Acura checked in this morning expecting to get it back tomorrow but I got it back by the afternoon! I know they were busy this morning so I gratefully am glad that they managed to help me start up my car! Most car places I went to told me that my starter was bad. I believed it was finally my starter giving out but they were able to find out that the cause was actually the ignition switch which was less damage than a whole starter! So grateful for them! They also offered $15 off lyft ride home. Which I appreciated since I was going to lyft home too.

Alex helped checked me in and did an amazing job explaining what was going on with my car. What i really liked was how they have a digital and text update for you and also call you to update you on your car! The report is broken down with photos or videos of your car with explanations! So happy I found them and definitely recommend them!

Alex and company helped me get my vehicle up and running when I was in dire straits! They worked with me on price since I'm a single mom and made me feel comfortable.
