I had my brand new CX-5 ceramic tinted and PPF'd this week at SunDiego and I am super happy with the result!

Wasim is awesome and he walked me through every step of the process, always checking in to see if I had any questions or needed clarification on anything. He even gave me a tour around the shop to show off the other cars being worked on and to demonstrate their attention to detail.

I definitely felt that my car was in good hands the whole time (and I am overprotective of my cars!), and the car turned out fantastic. I'll definitely reach out to SunDiego again if I ever need PPF or tint work done in the future.

Wasim walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He is very professional and has meticulous attention to detail. I had my new car PPFd with a ceramic coating. Once again... I needed to get back on track with getting my vehicle detailed. The decision to reach out to Wasim and his Team again for their services was a no-brainer. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a friendliness and professionalism not often seen these days in most service-based businesses. In fact, after having not seen Wasim for quite a while (due to life events), he recognized me and remembered both cars he previously came out to my home to detail.

The SunDiego Team quickly got to work on my vehicle and in about 1-1/2 hrs, delivered an immaculately cleaned and polished vehicle with all the trim restored to its original luster and shine. I even noticed Wasim being Wasim and QA-ing the finished product. Just goes to show the pride he takes in his Team's work and his business's reputation. Very personal and professional team when speaking with them. They even answered a few questions that I had even though they were busy with other clients and projects.

Wasim and Zack provided great service and support. Wasim is a perfectionist with an eye to every detail. Provided a good quote for top of the line Xpel products. Couldn't turn down a chance to get full ppf, exterior ceramic coat, all window tinting and UV protection, and even ceramic interior coating protection for a reasonable price. Also completed the car within his quoted time frame, even with it being new years week.

I bought my dream car this year and I'm super excited about it. But after only owning it a few months I started to notice the paint wasn't looking as gorgey as when I first picked her up. In one of my Camaro groups I ran across some members discussing Paint Protection Film and Ceramic coatings and went on the hunt to find a local shop that did this kind of work. I was in luck, I found Sun Diego Auto Spa less than two miles from my house, which was handy down the line when I dropped my baby off. I stopped by one day and asked Wasim questions and he prepared a quote for me right there. Wasim talked a lot to me about what he would do and what I would need to do afterward (like not use drive-through car washes!)

One nice thing is that Sun Diego has gift certificates for sale on the website, so I asked him to give me a month and let's see what I could get for my birthday month to help pay! I'm not going to lie, this is NOT a cheap process. But the value that you get in return is OUTSTANDING.

I called Wasim at the end of September to set up a date and he told me with the amount of work he was going to do (A lot of paint correction and touch-up, full front PPF, and all over ceramic) it would take a couple of weeks. I was fine with that. I dropped it off on a Monday and we discussed everything again and that was that.

I called him almost two weeks later and he said he was about done and had completed all of the paint correction and was doing the PPF and I could drop by and see the process on Saturday if I wanted. My husband and I did stop by and he explained everything he was doing. I love how he is completely unbothered by doing this. He is extremely thorough and makes sure you know everything going on, every step of the way. He called me a few days later to let me know it was ready and he was fine storing it until I could get there the next Saturday to pick up.

When I did come to pick up, he went over EVERYTHING with me including how I should wash it, what washing services he provided, including costs. He showed me the products he used and gave me tips and suggestions of where I could buy things like waterless car cleaner and plush Korean Micro Fiber towels. I really appreciated all of the help and the fantastic job he did on my beautiful car. It shines like a MIRROR! Wasim asked me to bring it back the following Saturday to do a quality check and make sure there was nothing more needed.

On the following Saturday, I showed up at the appointed time and had a big splat of bird doo on my roof! I was like, can you please walk me through doing this clean-up, expecting to clean it myself with his guidance. He said, oh, I wouldn't even do that, I'd spray it off, let me show you and he proceeded to wash the whole car in about 10 minutes. I feel totally confidant that I can wash the car myself easily after that tutorial. Its AMAZING how the protectant lets everything glide right off of the car. He actually thought I had washed it before I brought it in because in a week (except for the doo) it looked still clean and shiny.

The customer service Wasim provided was exceptional. I did not get any other quotes on this job and there are people who think its expensive, but I personally feel like I got an extremely quality application of the products, detailed and careful paint correction, and fantastic service for what I paid. I also really love using local businesses so that I'm putting money into my local economy and helping small business owners succeed. I appreciate Wasim and his talents and I'll be bringing her back for some window tprotection soon!

I went for a ceramic coat on my new Golf R. The service was excellent. They are all friendly over there. They also did a fantastic job on the ceramic coating. Five stars! Highly recommended!

Full Front PPF installation on my Rivian R1S. The customer service was beyond expectations. The explanation of the product, the process and the setting of proper expectations was beyond what I've experienced from any auto project today.

Wasim was incredibly friendly and not pushy with sales at all he only wanted to explain what was possible and then let me decide what I felt was prominent and affordable for my budget.

When the work was completed and I returned to pick up my truck, we walked around the whole truck showing me the attention to details he took and making sure at every point I was happy with the work performed.
