Sunrise Towing & Storage

I really appreciated how quickly the owner of Sunrise Towing came with a service car to get into a small garage. And when the car still wouldn't start quickly ran and got the full tow truck. He took it over the the dealership for us and he plans to drop the keys and send us a photo of where he parked it. Thank you!

They did towed my car from Home Depot Palo Alto which was parked legally have pictures to prove that after I argued with the guy who towed the car they did paint the curb in red next day to prove me something... Also they did charge 475$ for towing, it was less than 30 min parked at their space which is ridiculous.

I'm so glad I called this place and they were so quick to answer my call and tow my car to a tire place! I had called triple A and Omg they wanted me to wait over two hours! Who has that kind of time?!? Not me!! And that's when I called sunrise and JR came to the rescue and with in 15-20 mins he was already there taking care of my car! I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible they overcharge you. I got towed I called them at 3:31 to pick up my car that had been towed 20 mins prior. They drove around with my car on their truck for more than an hour even though he said 20 mins he would be there. He hasn't even stored my car and charged me for. Storage fee. If that wasn't enough he charged me for after hours fee without having any visible hours visible at his junk yard. He states he changed his hours to 3pm so watch out for fees .Illegal business avoid at all cost they are horrible.

JR was so calming and knowledgeable. My car would not start and he came out to jump it right away and gave me tips on how to keep it warm during COVID/colder months when not driving the car. He spent extra time helping to make sure everything else looked ok before he left. Really great company and JR is the best. Will definitely call again if I ever have any issues. Highly recommend!!!!

Just had a tow from them on a nontypical auto. Needed them there fast cause of some other issues. Professional, super fast, great communication too. Really great guys, helping me out in a pinch. Really appreciate it. J.R if memory serves me right helped.

This is the worst towing company you can ever use. The person in charge identified himself as Junior. He is very RUDE and does not know how to talk to clients politely and respectfully. The place where they parked my car is just a piece of trash, extremely dirty and full of dust. They charged me $450 for towing my car for only 12 miles driving distance and they charged me one day of storage even though the car was picked just one hour after arriving to their spot. Don't go to their place alone and get someone with you there, the place is isolated and I was scared while talking to the two employees over there, was about to call 911.

I was waiting for an hour for the towing truck to come and remove my vehicle from the court yard by Henry.

Henry arrived and sat in his towing truck for about 20 minutes. I finally decided to approach me about the removal of my vehicle, but he was on the phone with another towing company. He was rude and started telling me I shouldn't have crashed in the first place.

FYI: I didn't crash the vehicle and I was getting of someone else's hands.

They took over 2 hours to finally get my car out the court yard and with the worst service ever.

Above and beyond service! I was locked out of my car in Mountain View in the thick of rush hour traffic. He tried everything to get someone out here from East Palo Alto while being professional about it. Even tried to give me some pointers on other local businesses that may help as he dug around on his own. The communication was strong and he did his ultimate best in trying to finding someone out here and even CALLED BACK when he got a call closer down in this area. Thank you!
