After getting quotes from 6 different contractors, I was close to giving up on the project altogether. Quotes came in all over the board and we were left with varying degrees of confidence that people could execute or understand our vision.
Then we met Idan. He called when he said he would call, delivered a detailed quote, and answered every single question we had (which were many). Idan was easy to talk with and understood our vision, it felt like he was invested and willing to collaborate.

Construction on your home feels high stakes: it's a ton of money, it's destructive to your routine, it's messy, it's a freakin emotional roller coaster watching the sausage get made--and Idan stayed with us the entire time. No problem is a problem for Idan, "Don't worry, we'll fix it. Be there tomorrow." He keeps a good attitude and isn't ruffled when you are (and you will be).

The thing we most appreciated about Idan and his team was the level of transparency and communication. Being in a client facing role myself, I would never dream of making myself as available as this team does. I imagine it is rare in this business: when you ask a question, no matter how trivial, Idan and his team jump on it in near real time; it's incredible. Idan is creative, a practical problem solver, and a go getter--he wants to find a way and he does it as fast as possible. He tells you what he thinks and he wants to do what makes sense; he's not in the business of inventing expensive solutions. Our house is old and uneven and quirky and they just continued to work with what they had to achieve the aesthetic I was after. They didn't stop until I was happy. 

Having made it to the other side, I am so happy with the end result. Idan will have your back.

We worked with Idan and the team for a couple of projects at our home: a bathroom remodel and roof deck repair.
