Super Clean Laundromat

Excellent laundromat with many washers and dryers. Varying sizes to accommodate small to large size loads. We bring our bed quilts to this laundromat to wash and dry. The location is close to home; and the employee's are kind and helpful.

I highly recommend this Super Clean Laundromat location.

went to do my laundry today, Wednesday the 29th and I was smoking outside the building and one of the workers came out very rudely and said she's allergic to smoke and there was no do not smoke in this area signs. I will never come back to this place. He really should learn how to hire the proper people teach them how to speak to customers because social media can ruin you.

The place was amazing but the drying did not work well and not a lot of space otherwise the place was nice the service was good and decently cheap

The ladies washing clothes are very good. I love getting my clothes washed here. I appreciate the speedy service and my clothes are always super clean. Keep up the great work!

Not very accommodating when you carry in your laundry and when you're in a hurry to get your laundry done or for their same day or next day service. They claim same day and next day service but that is not so, all machines are used by them so don't waste your time here. Heres the situation I have encountered there on too numerous occasions. No machines available.
Walk in and Self drop offs are not a priority in any way shape or form at this establishment. They prioritize their pick up and delivery service customers first over you in person with extremely terrible walk in and drop off customer service. The tall older woman ignores you when you walk in to wash or drop off your laundry. She does not know the first thing about customer service. She is extremely sad miserable unhappy and an ignorant emoyee/person. There are no smiles and only mean nasty comments out of her mouth.
Sadly she should, but doesn't know the first thing about customer service when dealing with customers in person. Hopefully either she or management reads this. Here's the first lesson for her in customer service. Please Greet walk in customers with a smile and hello and ask how may I help you? Do not ignore, yell and talk over, down to customers. Do not treat your in store customers poorly. Do not order customers around, they do not work for you, you work for them. Do not scold any customers as if they are your children. Common courtesy and customer service goes a long way and is uncommon business here. Unfortunately being ignored and having to wait for her to assist you while you are in this place of business at the counter is common place. Also your told your laundry will only be ready in 3 or 4 days to pick up if your decide to let them wash it. This is not acceptable, very inconvenient and just an all around terrible experience. Open 24x7 does not mean they actually work 24x7. When told it will be ready in 3 days and only at night which is closer to 4 days then you just gotta naturally ask in response," Why will it take so long for your laundry service?" This is a normal question any customer would ask if you have same day and next day drop advertised but walk in puck up is After 3, 4 or more days after 630pm? I'm trying to save myself time and having to wait for the pick up and drop off servipce at home on your schedule by dropping off and picking up my own laundry on my time and my schedule not to be chained to your delivery service, so why am I forced to put up with you acting bothered by my schedule at my convince? Why do I go to the end of the line for 3 days and longer? Again this has happened to me way to often. Isn't it more convenient for your establishment as well as me, by my traveling with my laundry hither and fro saving you the pick up and delivery stops? Makes sense to me that it would be appreciated but sadly not so here. They will make sure you know this from the moment you walk in and leave without even a thank you.They advertise same day and next day service. Being yelled at that your very busy with your pick up and deliveries is a good thing for you but not good for a walk in drop off customer. Pointing to a pile of other peoples laundry sitting piled on the dirty floor means nothing to other walk in customers. Besides the poor excuse for customer service ***beware*** your laundry will never come out smelling fresh or clean, leaving one to wonder if they even used detergent soap at all in their washing, I learned my lesson. Seriously your laundry will not come out clean with stains remaining and seemingly your laundry will just look and smell wet dried and folded.This was my last straw with this laundromat. There is another laundromat across the street a block away called 5 Star so they will be getting my business from now on. *Warning to pick up and delivery service customers, faster service does not equal clean laundry. Honestly just stick your nose into your laundry bags and take a wiff of it. I promise you, it will be ugly lmao..*Warning stay away and believe the reviews from other customers that have actually been in this place like I have.
There are way too many other laundromat sites available as other options to this one.

Super Clean Laundromat has been a life saver for me, as a single mom raising 2 kids. My clothes are washed, dried and folded to perfection. The drop off and delivery service is impeccable I highly recommend Super Clean Laundromat to all. You will receive high quality, professional service that can't be beat!

Honestly I love everything about the laundromat, i use to hate laundry days but there the employees are really friendly. I dropped my clothes off there and needed it the next day,My clothes we So Neatly Folded and where washed good,I surely do Recommend this place

Getting out of the house has been such a challenge with this pandemic and worrying about basic necessities such as fresh laundry. Words can't express how grateful I am to Super Clean Laundromat for how incredible they have been with their flexibility and honestly it all wouldn't be possible without their pickup and delivery service and the amazing service by Veronica!
