Super Low Price Auto Glass

Called in for a quote, chipped glass. I answered a few questions about my vehicle and was quoted $65 which was much better than the $120+ safelite was quoting me for.

Came in Monday evening and it took 20 minutes for them to get the job done. Can't even tell I had a crack the size of a quarter.

Most definitely a don't judge a book by its cover place.

I highly recommended Super Low Price Auto Glass. I had contacted several different auto glass places in San Diego, and received estimates. Super Low Price Auto Glass quickly responded, and gave me a more focused estimate from the photos I sent. I also saw that they had received some good reviews, so I contacted them on a Wednesday, and spoke with Steve. Really nice, patient guy, and very helpful. He was very good with communication from the very start, to the end. He ordered the parts (it was a damaged driver's sideview mirror), and Friday early afternoon, they were able to repair my mirror (and match the other mirror as well for a very reasonable price).

The work was done an hour faster than they quoted me (I didn't even have time to finish a chapter in my book). It was great to meet Steve, and this definitely is like a mom-and-pop kind of auto glass repair. Do not judge a book by it's cover when you drop by. This place was great, and now I have a new auto glass place if I ever need it. I would definitely recommend them. Wishing them much success.

Steve is hands down an outstanding business owner. He's professional, personable, and down to earth. Steve is quick to respond, welcomes walk ins, and is incredibly reasonably priced compared to other shops in the area. We've replaced our windshield, passenger window regulator, and had our tint removed. Ample street parking and conveniently located across from the Chula Vista Mall. Smaller waiting area. No public restroom. Recommend dropping off your vehicle and checking out the local dining options in the area.

Messaged four of the top windshield replacement shops in San Diego. This one was one of the four and the only one who responded that they were able to repair a crack without needing a replacement. Fast and honest work/business. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this shop on Yelp. They replaced my broken driver's side mirror in about an hour on a Saturday. Did a great job. Communication was fast and efficient. Friendly staff. Their price also was the lowest I could find in Chula Vista.

I went to this business to get a chip repaired on my Tesla. They were very responsive to my request on Yelp. Super friendly and very efficient. Prices are reasonable as well.

I give this place 5 stars the price was reasonable, very respectful great customer service they even vacuumed my seats and floor for me , they said my vehicle would be finished in an hour and it was , I highly recommend this place thank you so much

1) Yesterday I got a hairline crack on my windshield. Very urgent for me to get it fixed ASAP because I didn't want it to become any bigger.

2) Google search: "Safelight" was the number one option. Went to their website. Super easy. My insurance covered the repair, they have a location 10 min from my house, I was happy, until I tried to book an appointment: 9 days away, the earliest.

Went to the actual location, got there 30 min before opening and I was greeted with a huge sign at the door: NO WALK INS, book thru website.

I have no use for SAFELIGHT when your earliest booking is 9 days away.

3) I couldn't wait, couldn't take the risk of this converting into a "replacement" instead of a "repair". It's a pain to replace.

4) Sent a message to Super Low Price Auto Glass, they got back to me in minutes, said they could repair it. 20 min and $130 dlls later it was done.

$130 dlls seems steep but compared to the cost of a new windshield, MY TIME, etc. I am happy. Would recommend.

Had a broken windshield and requested a quote from the business. I decided to call to get a quote right away. I also received a response via message within 20 mins from the request. Compared to the other pricing I have gotten today, this was best price. I had another quote from another business that was lower but a lot further from me so between my time and gas, this was the best option for me. Plus, the other quote wasn't much less. I would have probably spent more on gas than the price difference.

The business was easy to find. Upon arrival I was greeted by 2 gentlemen. Since my car was parked on the busy street one of the gentlemen offered to move my car inside the garage for me.

I'm still waiting for my car to finish and will give an update on the outcome but so far it's been a pleasant experience with staff communication and customer service.
