Super Wash

Yelped a laundromat near by Tanforan Shopping Mall because I was near by and my washer broke at home so I stumbled across Super Wash. The laundromat staff was super nice. I asked them what time the laundromat's last wash was and they told me it was at 8:00pm I had went there a little past 8pm and I asked if it was ok that I washed but not dry they said ok. Thank heavens they allowed me to wash my clothes if not I would have nothing to wear for the coming week...Yikes!! After I washed my clothes they told me I could dry for 20mins I said thanks, but no because I did not want to keep them waiting for me. I know it was late and the staff needed to go home too. Will come back for sure. To sum it up friendly staff, super clean, and seems like a safe little place.

Been coming here a couple times recently to do bigger loads. Pleasantly surprised!

The parking lot is on the small side and is easily filled so we usually come before noon when it's still relatively empty. The large washer is $8. There's a change machine for quarters, but one of the machines has a credit card swiper now. No idea how long the wash takes as we usually go to Trader Joe's, but we come back in 50 minutes and it's always been done. The dryer is $.25 for 6 minutes. It usually takes 42 minutes for our load, so $9.75 total.

This place is clean. A lot of machines of different sizes are available to use also. Plenty of parking right in front of the shop.

Cleanest laundromat I've ever used. The machines look and smell clean with nothing crusted onto them, which if you've ever been to a laundromat, that's almost unheard of. The owners are very nice and present if you have any questions or need any help. Highly recommend!

Super Wash Millbrae was a delightful surprise. I had dreaded washing all my blankets and comforters, which didn't fit in my home washing machine. I thought I would need a million quarters, but found out that at Super Wash, I could just use my credit card on many of their machines. While using quarters on one of the dryers, however, John, the attendant (owner?) kindly came over to explain to me that I could just add quarters if more time needed as long as I did so before the initial 20 minutes expired. This man was trying to save me money in his laundromat!!!
The one dollar bill changer dispensed however many quarters I needed. I easily purchased four Downey sheets. All the washers and dryers worked great and the place was clean as a whistle. I enjoyed chatting with a few of the other patrons, and John came over and offered to help when it was time to fold my clean, dry, fluffy comforters! A chore I had dreaded took a very short time to accomplish and turned into a lovely adventure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The owner is an asshole. I put.mt clothes in dryer and they did not dry at all. Showed him and asked for 4 quarters back. He wouldn't give them back. So he lost a customer that spend around $25 dollars there a week for a dollar.

This place was recommended to me on Nextdoor when I was looking for a CLEAN place to do laundry. My Apt onsite laundry room was not clean and the machines are awful!

the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. Thwy have full time staff and still don't help. they are very expensive also. so not recommend

We made a stop into Super Wash this past weekend to get laundry done and found this to be a wonderfully run business that offers laundry, dry cleaning and wash and fold services. It's located in a small strip mall on El Camino Real in Millbrae, just down the street from Trader Joe's, Safeway and the Millbrae Pancake House. There was plenty of parking when we arrived and it didn't seem like it would be an issue. The place is small, but well laid out. I took a star away because in the era of cashless operations, they are still a coin operated facility. However, the gentleman running the operation was so nice and friendly and really helped us out. Unfortunately, the dryer broke when we put our coins in, but he got on it right away and even gave us extra time that we might have lost. Overall, I highly recommend Super Wash. Whether you're local or visiting, it's well situated and there are enough stores around it for you to really multi-task while doing your laundry.

We are on travel & in need to wash clothes. Our hotel (Embassy Suites SFO) washer & dryer are not only expensive ($4.25 /each load), the washer wasn't that clean either. Thus, I tried Super Wash. Their washers are v clean & they have different washers. If u need coins, they have change machine on site. Their washer is $5 /load & dryer is $.25 for 6 min (I paid $1.50 for drying clothes). Overall, I highly recommend this place & there's Macdonald next door so you can get quick bite while waiting. The only thing is they don't open till 8am so don't go too early
