I come here to basically get my car washed
It's fast easy and efficient

I normally do not come here for gas I only put gas here when I need a car wash

I try and remember to have cash on hand to tip the workers after a car wash

This is a quick easy car wash NOT A DETAIL wash
With that being said be mindful

You pay for what you get

I've supported this car wash since 2009 and have not been disappointed yet. Only bubble wash I've been to where your car gets a hand wash before entering the machine. Many days it can be busy, especially on the weekends.

This is my go to car wash of if I don't want to drive by Lake Merritt for a full hand wash inside out detail. They too are busy.

The workers are thorough. I love how they use the soapy clothes to go over your car first and a scrub brush to get the dirty off the rims.

Once you come out the machine there's another worker or two to hand dry your car. Great car wash to give a try. The price is understated. Be sure to give them a nice tip.

I cannot speak on the quality of gas. I go strictly for the car wash service.

Their machines for credit card payments seem to have a serious flaw. After using my card at their pump, I found multiple unauthorized charges for withdrawals from a restaurant across the street. It's outrageous that a supposedly reputable gas station can't protect its customers' sensitive information. Beware and stay away!

Still cannot find any other car wash that includes waxing in the standard wash. Or one that still costs less than $15.

I have no words for this car wash location. I was in a rush and didn't have time to read all the reviews here on Yelp. I needed a quick wash because I parked under a tree and there was a bunch of bird poop on my car. I didn't notice until I got home but they completely scratched up the side of my car to the point where there are literal chunks taken out especially near the door handle. I don't even know how that is possible unless they had rocks in the towel. In addition to that, there is still pieces of bird poop everywhere with streak marks from the towel drying. I'm extremely upset.
Please avoid getting your car washed here and just go to quick quack that's like a mile away.

I used my debit card to purchase gas. After I paid, I locked my card. An hour or so later I got an email from my bank stating that a transaction of $100.00 had been declined at this gas station.

I've been going to this place faithfully for the past three years. Even referred many people because of how pleased I was with their work. But, that is no longer. I went about a month or two ago got my superior wash, drove home and noticed that I still had residue on my car from when someone spilled an unknown substance on my car.

My first thought was why didn't they tell me they could not remove the buildup instead of letting me drive off thinking my car was nicely washed. So, I turn around and go back to the car wash. I asked one of the guys that dries the car, "hey, were you not able to remove this residue? And if not, why didn't you mention it?. The guy blew me off.

So, I walk over to the cashier and I ask him is there a manger? He ignored me, then he said no. I asked when will his manager be available and he refused to answer me. Now I'm pissed and feeling a little disrespected, so I go ask the guys who actually do the pre wash and they both said idk who the manger is. Also, refusing to give me any information.

I never felt so disrespected and disregarded and I honestly believe if I was a man they wouldn't have treated me like that.

I will NEVER go back to this place. They lost a loyal customer.

I went to wash my car and the cashier (who was a guy that maybe 60 years old) he was very rude to me once I got there and it was my first time ever going , his name is Kami. Me and him got in a little argument because he was disrespectful towards me and looked like he didn't even want to work there. I would not recommend anyone going there because if you do he is probably going to be disrespectful like he was towards me. Everyone else was super nice but Kami was the one being absolutely disrespectful and no one should be treated like that. I wanted to tell the owners something about Kami but they weren't there please owners if you see this take action

Went to get my truck washed on Easter and after find out it was Scratched on both sides of back by tailgate and on brake lights lenses. I showed them and they try to wash off with cleaner ? I showed them it's thr the paint!! They looked at me like I was crazy and so I asked for Owners number and called him. His reply said come back and he'll send back through to see ? I said no dam way !! To scratch it more ? That was all he was willing to do so now court !!!! Terrible place I'm posting one star only because you have to to post anything

I needed gas and a cash wash (badly, from all the wildfire ash). The gas is very inexpensive (maybe the cheapest in town). Thankfully, I came during the middle of the "work" day (Thursday around noon), and there were a couple of pumps open, so no waiting.

I wanted to pay for the gas and car wash with a single transaction at the pump, but that was not an option. I was able to pay for the gas at the pump with a credit card, but had to pay with cash or debit at the counter for the car wash. No big deal, there was only one car in the wash line once I pumped the gas.

I paid for the Superior Wash (the highest one), which included hand pre-wash, hand dry and a tire dressing. The guys working at the car wash were working hard and did a great job! There were also wearing masks while they worked. Definitely will go back again.
