Go here for cheap actual refills for propane!!! Stuff have always been good and it's easy and the cheapest place west of Abbotsford for propane fillups.

Filled my propane tank and it lasted one very short BBQ. Checked for leaks and it is fine and one year old. To give you an example of how little propane I use the last one lasted a year from new. I went in to pay and it was supposedly filled by the time I came out. Ripped off.
I will not go back there but will stand and watch wherever I do have it filled to ensure that I am getting 20 lbs of propane. Calculate by checking the weight of the tank which is posted on the handle grip area of the tank.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 22, 2012First to Review
This location of Superstore Gas is a bit on the tight side, as there is a propane filling station in the way of the lineup. It can get messy. However, it's nowhere near as bad as the Richmond No.3 location.
With this location, Plus and Supreme unleaded are only available in the centre aisle unless you want full serve. The single aisle on the south side of the station is Regular unleaded and Diesel only.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pia W.Vancouver, Canada5191293Jun 17, 2014
Do not buy propane tanks or get them filled here!!
I came here to buy a filled propane tank and compared to the exchange program, it was a cheaper choice. Paid for it in the booth and right away the guy that appeared to be in charge of the propane already had a tank brought out and ready for me.
So here's the meat of the story: Not only did we notice that the propane tank consistently gave off the rotten smell (which is a warning that propane was leaking from it), but when we got home where it was quiet we can hear the unmistakable sound of gas leaking from the tank. Even with the valve tightened, the sound or the smell did not stop.
So we rushed it back to the gas station and the guy who had given us the tank argued with us when we told him that something was wrong with it, giving out excuse after excuse. He didn't even know to use the soap test and had just used water to test whether gas was leaking and claimed there were no bubbles until we told him to use soap.
Finally the cashier lady inside came out to see why this still wasn't settled and we explained to her what has happened (the propane guy kept saying there's no smell or leak) and when he asked her if she could smell it, she said she could as well.
The manager was called over the phone and had a long conversation with the propane guy. But I could hear the final bits which appeared to be that the manager did not want this tank to be sold and to refund my money.
So, I got my refund...
...as we got into our car, we watched in disbelief as the propane guy put the faulty tank we had brought back into the cage storage with the rest if the other tanks...Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Shila B.Vancouver, Canada17512858734Sep 4, 2015
I came here to fill up some gas on the way home from a cousin's wedding party tonight. Holy shit what is up with this machine. I self serve gas all the time. All the buttons are easy at the other pumps, however, struggled with the prompts and trying to find the start button that wasn't the easiest or the most obvious. I came here 'cause it was 3 cents less on the Litre and literally on the way home, however, the 3 cents was not worth the time to find the start button which by the way is not labelled and you have to lift it from the bottom of the nozzle instead of pushing a button to select on the machine itself like every other machine in the world. The regular gas is only available in the middle and it is a narrow fit.

Do not buy gas here. They cheat!! On 06/02/2014 I had trouble paying direct at the pump and went into the office and the cashier took my credit card and charged me $30/- pre-authorised credit for the pump. When I tried to fill my tank, I again had trouble and after a few tries, I gave up and went into the office and asked them to cancel the whole transaction. The Cashier gave me another receipt that showed a "0" total and told me all was well. When my credit card statement came I found that I had been charged the $30/- for gas I did not get. It is now 6 months and I am still trying to get Mastercard to dispute this with the SuperStore Gas bar. I have all the receipts. I wonder what happens to those who don't keep their receipts. What a hassle.......they are Cheats!!!
