Supreme Detailworks

I went to James based on a recommendation of a friend and I couldn't be happier with that decision!

James walked me through multiple PPF options for my car and also the process behind his work. I felt comfortable knowing that he was honest and transparent from the beginning and throughout the entire process. Any question I had (little or big), he answered honestly and gave me a better understanding as I'm not familiar with vehicles and all the after market modifications you could possibly do.

Although it's been a couple of months since I picked up my car, I still admire the work he has done to it -- my car looks amazing! Highly recommend James and team!

Have had 3 vehicles wrapped by James and crew (Model Y Perf, Tacoma TRD Pro, Lexus) and they do a stellar job and will continue to be a repeat customer. Also had Tesla tint, carbon spoilers and performance suspension installed here.

This place is pricey but they'll still booked out so that speaks to the quality of their services.

My only issue was that there were these white lines on the sides of my hood which were hard to pick up during delivery but my collision repair shop was able to diagnose this as wax that wasn't properly removed post detail. Gave me a bit of a scare as they looked like real scratches which I would have no idea where they came from.

Besides that, the car looks great.

After doing research on PPF for months (I had time as my car wasn't due to arrive stateside for another 4 months), I narrowed my selection down to Supreme Detailworks and another place that's well known in SoCal. For me, quality was the primary consideration. I ultimately chose Supreme Detailworks 1) because of the variety of PPF films they carry and 2) their attention to detail. Most places just carry one brand as it's probably easier and satisfies majority of customer's needs. Supreme Detailworks is a step above in that they can satisfy majority of customers out there but also those who might be looking for something specific or are very particular.

I should note that the hood of my car is more challenging than the average case as it's HUGE due to the clamshell design (2023 Porsche Macan GTS) which extends past the headlights and top of side fenders. Perhaps not a challenge to installers who would install this in parts and line up the edges, but James did it in one single sheet. He also showed me how they wrapped the edges around to the underside (making it less prone to lifting).

Customer service was top notch. James took the time to show me everything they carried, pros and cons of each (which aligned with my research). He's pretty staunch on educating the customer and having them choose based on what's important to them. He kept me updated on the progress of my car and kept the car for a few days after the install to let it settle / cure (I also did ceramic for the areas that weren't PPF'ed). He also asked me to come back a week later as the film might continue to shrink and so that he could address any concerns I had.

James and his brother don't take shortcuts and compromise on quality - they will take more time or do things the harder way if they believe it will yield a better result. On top of that, they're just really cool guys to talk to! I always enjoy seeing the cars they work on (more testimony to the trust people put in these guys for their high-end cars), including their own for Wekfest. Months later I'm still really happy with their work, and will continue to take my cars here for detailing and paint protection needs!

Great, quick wash. Brought my RSQ8 there twice and have been happy with the wash both times. Only caveat is having to book decently in advance but worth it

These guys are great, that's why it takes so long to get an appointment. Several years ago they did a great job on my car with Ceramic Pro. Recently I acquired a minor scuff on the bumper so I called and made an appointment to bring my car in. After discussion they spent a few minutes working on it and completely repaired the scuff. The spot they worked on looks perfect!

The first thing I did when I took delivery of my ZL1 1LE was bring it to Supreme Detailworks for paint correction, PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint. James and crew were extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process. The quality of work was also excellent. I will absolutely be bringing future vehicles here for any detailing needs.

The complex had issues with the exit gate the day I came in, so had to drive around to Charcot to enter the complex, which is the proper entry to the complex anyway. See images posted. Basically Supreme is in a bunch of garages behind Club AutoSport.
Had an appointment and picked my services ahead of time, so had a quick discussion about what they could or could not improve on the car. Our car had not even been polished since 2014, but is carport stored. Had tons of swirl marks.

I stayed around while the work was done, long wait. Now you sit in the Club Autosport main showroom. Tons of seats, some cool cars to look at, bathrooms nearby, but no drinks or food immediately handy. There is a restaurant about 9min walk away.
About 2.5hr in, got photos and videos of the first steps. Really a nice improvement! Seeing the progress made the waiting go a little easier.

James and his team are the best!

They completed wraps, ceramic coatings, tints and interior protection for our Range Rover and our Tesla Model 3 over the last 2 years.

James's attention to detail is amazing as I truly believe he is a perfectionist. He stands by his work as the Range Rover has a very large front end with many some complex corners and angles, and he never hesitates to take the car back in to work on it for me when issues arise. The wraps have paid for themselves at this point because I've had a few incidents of highway debris hitting my front end from my commutes, and the wraps have done their job to protect the cars!

On top of that, James and his team are just very kind, patient people. Even though they are busy, they take the time to explain things and you never feel rushed when you are with them.

There may be a wait for Supreme if you did not plan ahead to book them out before your car's arrival, but they are well worth the wait. I would not trust anyone else but James and his team to work on my cars.

It's been almost three years since I got a full PPF and ceramic treatmeant from Supreme. This is my daily driver and I kind of beat the hell out of it and the PPF has been and continues to be perfect. I would re-up with these folks in a hearbeat.
