This store was not the best maintained -- overall it looked a bit dated and you can see dirt on the bottom of the claw machines. Some plushies have dirt on them. But otherwise it's not impossible to win a plushie, and there are reasonable prices for buying a plushie from the machine instead. There are also two floors, which we didn't realize at first.

Overall we were happy to get a cute Cinnamaroll plushie (though it had a bit of dirt on it). There are some nice selections but overall it's not the cleanest place.

The claw machine arcades seem to be very popular lately or maybe I'm just noticing them. I'm not sure how long they have been here but it's a hidden gem if you like claw machines. It's a little bit off the beaten path but it's right off of Northern Blvd.
I went during the week and I pretty much had the place to myself which was cool.
There's probably a dozen and half or so of machines, all with different prizes with each machine has multiple options for prizes.
They also serve snacks like ice cream and boba tea but I didn't try them this time.
There's a counter to the left as soon as you enter to order snacks or buy tokens. If you used a credit card, they basically give you back the cash to use in the token machine. They also have baskets for the coins which is a nice touch.
It's a little pricey as it's about .50 cents a token and most of the games were 4 tokens. The more you buy, they also throw in bonus tokens.
Great way to spend a couple of hours.

I came to this location after visiting the new location in Manhattan. This location was not as good as the Manhattan one unfortunately.

They have an upstairs and downstairs so it is bigger, but the downstairs is underutilized. There's a few machines, a few tables and alot of open space.

A lot of the machines here were broken when I came in. Some weren't working at all or some took my money and didn't work.

They don't have ice cream at this location like the Manhattan one does so that's a bummer.

I probably wouldn't come back to this location.

This is one of the few stores that sell bubble team north of the Northern Boulevard. So yay for bubble tea!

It is essentially a huge claw machine store with a bubble tea stand. Typically, bubble tea places are open kitchen in the flushing area. Not sure if I'm a fan that it's in a closed kitchen and you have to retrieve your drinks downstairs in the basement.

CO2 is good around 700 ppm. However, when I was downstairs, there was still leftover tray from previous customers that's clearly been sitting out for awhile. I recommend it if you really want bubble tea and are on this side of town. Otherwise, there are plenty of bubble tea options near the Main Street Flushing station.

If you're looking for the gayest place possible for an afternoon date, this is the place. It's like pink came in here and threw up. Gotta love all the photo op areas, makes for something to do while in here versus just sitting down. My daughter got a boba, but the boba was hard, it was an ok drink, would not get it again. At least the workers there are not haggling you about ordering quickly, they will let you roam around even if you're purchasing.

I've been to this spot a few times, and it's always so cute. You can play claw machines, take photos, drink bubble tea, and eat desserts! There's two floors to the space, and if you go downstairs, there's plenty of tables and chairs for dining. There are also extra claw machines downstairs, so don't miss out on those! One of my friends had her birthday party here too, and she rented the bottom floor. Everything was so cute and it was a lovely way to celebrate her birthday. The only negative from her party is other customers kept wandering in and out so it was a little distracting.

      Cutest shop ever !!
I was looking all over TikTok for a cute boba shop that also had a nice ambience and we found it !! The lady at the register was extremely sweet and patient with me and my friend while we looked over the menu. And then the drinks for the price was great.

So ngl, Sweet Cats Cafe can feel more like a gimmick more than anything. For the food and cafe part of things, it does feel like they've been dialing it in more and more, with less effort put into it and it takes forever to get your food and drinks. The claw machines are pricy and set to be hard to win with the claws barely gripping anything most of the time. And it was not as clean as it used to be the last time I was there.

But I have a lot of good memories here and it was a safe place to go for fun when in the area. The staff was never rude or mean, so I always felt welcomed for my business, and they do have a lot of plushies that are pretty high tier, such as limited edition Disney ones. You can also buy plushies outright - which is expensive, but maybe less than when you're just not having good luck that day!

Definitely worth a stop if you're hanging out in the area and need some time to kill.

This place was designed for cuteness and instagram photos. The moment you step in, you're hit with pink and cute The service was pretty much self service because you order and then take it to whichever seat you like. The food was aight, but scored a one thousand percent because of how cute and instagram-worthy it was :D

The claws on the vending machine need to be more stronger to grasp the teddies, other then that is a nice place to spend some time.
