T & D Auto Repair

A few weeks ago I was hit by a car that did not stay at the scene. I was livid but found T & D Auto Repair. I worked with Norman who assured me he would take care of everything for me at the most reasonable price. I was happy since I had a deductible to meet before my car insurance covered any repairs. He told me it wouldn't be worth it to go through my insurance. I even got an estimate through my insurance and the cost to fix it through Norman was less than the estimate. I'm extremely happy and will definitely recommend this place.

This repair shop is legit. Trust me I hate going to any repair shop, and I don't trust any mechanics ever, mechanics have a bad reputation, NOT here. These dudes are super legit and very honest, upfront about everything and always do extra and go above and beyond just to make sure that you are satisfied.

My car broke down at a nearby gas station, I googled local mechanic shops nearby, this was around the peak of the pandemic, all the shops nearby were closed except for this shop, they were actually the second shop I called, the first shop I called didn't even answer the phone, the shop manager picked up, I was relived because most shops were closed around this time, his name was Norman, he was very genuine and addressed all of my concerns over the phone. I towed the car to his shop which was just a few blocks away, he put my car on the lift in his shop and went to work right away.

I was nervous as hell, I didn't know what to expect, I was worried and asked myself, are these guys legit! is their work any good? Are they expensive? I didn't want to get jerked around. Norman kept it 100 with me, he did an excellent job and got my car running again! The cost of repairs were reasonable, and I was super satisfied.

I found the perfect repair shop, these dudes are legit, they work fast and always look out for your best interest.

This place is legit! First class service all the way. Brought in my Raptor to have new wheels and some mods put in. Norman and Sean are first class all the way. More then fair prices. Always good when not have to deal with shady mechanics. Can not say enough, these guys are Aces in my book!

I towed my car to T&D Auto when my engine blew and couldn't have been any happier with the service. Norman, the owner of the shop gave me a very reasonable estimate and proceeded to take the time to explain every nuance of the repair. I felt extremely comfortable speaking to him because he was never pushy. He told me what he recommended and gave me time to come to a decision on my own.

Norman and his mechanics ended up pulling the old engine out of my car and replaced it with a JDM H22A. The prices were completely fair and the job was completed in a timely fashion. The car is now running better than ever.

I will definitely be returning in the future!

They were able to fit me in very quickly and were very pleasant. The inspection was very effective. One of the bolts on my license plate had broken, and they were able to replace it.

My Toyota Avalon 2003 sustained a rear end hit.
The driver took off in his Toyota Camry with TLC license plate.
Afraid that my beautiful reliable car was too costly to repair.
Norman took care of my Avalon. He accepted the insurance's reimbursement. My 15-year old car runs like new.
It takes care of my passengers and me. It's time to take care of the car.

I am a first time customer and I must say that Norman really lived up to his reviews/reputation of being an upfront and honest down to earth mechanic. I've had so many negative experiences as a woman who has been taking advantage of from so many different mechanics. Not here. Norman had no problem with leaving my old parts and boxes to the new parts for me to assess in the end. This, came from mechanics claiming to have ordered parts for my car only to find out the old parts were never changed out and there were never any new parts ordered. Or they took good parts out only to put garbage in exchange. Anyway, I no longer have to worry about that. I have found a mechanic who's in a class by himself. I was told by other mechanics to get rid of my car. Norman took his time and my car is now running like brand new money. It was worth every dollar.
