Awesome food, easy to deal with on phone order and delivery to the RV park nearby. We had leftovers for 2 days!

      Yummy!

      1 check-in

I've ordered to-go a few times & every time staff were friendly & service was quick. The restaurant is minimally decorated with a decent amount of seating & it's clean.

Overall the food tastes like your typical neighborhood Chinese spot with a few really yummy dishes. Orders aren't consistent each time, but still tasty & large portions. The combo plates are worth it too.

9/10 - Spicy Garlic Chicken Wings: these are my go-to order if I'm craving big juicy wings; the batter was so crunchy & the onions with jalapeños & chili pepper added extra flavor.

8/10 - General's Chicken: the flavors in the sauce coating the chicken was dynamite; fry on chicken pieces made a few dry & chewy.

7/10 - Chicken Fried Rice: the rice & veggies were cooked perfectly & moist, but lacked enough flavor so I added soy sauce & chili sauce.

This restaurant was close to our hotel and we were so tired of fast food we thought we'd give it a try. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Many people seemed to be coming for takeout.
The combo chow mein was good. Not overly special, but good.
The orange chicken was disappointing! The crispness of the breading was very good, but the chicken was very tough and the sauce didn't seem to have any orange component-- just spice.
Maybe we just chose the wrong menu items.

Very tasty and will be back! Our first takeout order was honey walnut shrimp, dragon and phoenix, and sesame chicken. Great neighborhood establishment!

I ordered delivery from T & Z Chinese Restaurant directly on Yelp one Friday afternoon while craving Chinese food and I was left more than satisfied! The quality looked and tasted really fresh, flavor was pretty good, and the portions were very generous. My order of Honey Walnut Shrimp, Vegetable Chow Mein, and Pot Stickers lasted me all weekend!

The Honey Walnut Shrimp came with some freshly steamed broccoli on the side which was a nice surprise and tasted great! The honey walnut shrimp were large and plump, cooked to perfection with a satisfying crispy exterior. The honey walnut drizzle was the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. The Vegetable Chow Mein was huge, fresh, and not oily at all. The Pot Stickers had a nice soft chew and were filled with some sort of meat mixture that tasted like pork. The Pot Stickers also came with a dipping sauce that tasted similar to soy sauce.

Would definitely eat from T & Z Chinese Restaurant again!

Really great option for takeout and the portions are generous! I was greeted by the friendly worker when I entered the restaurant and it was a quick grab and go.

      Items ordered:
      - Beef chow fun: Lots of food in the one dish and hits the spot! The noodles are layered instead of single strands but I didn't mind.
      - Beef and broccoli: Not super saucy which was great so it didn't feel as heavy. Loved how much broccoli was in the dish.
      - Sesame chicken: Each piece of chicken was thick and well cooked and I liked the flavor which was a little sweet.

Would come back to try other dishes for the huge portions!

This is a small, no frills restaurant located in a strip mall not too far off of the I-80. They have quick, friendly service and decent prices. The egg drop soup was pretty good. The small serving fed 2 people easily. It's thick and hardy.

For the entrees we got sweet & sour chicken and orange chicken. Both were dry; seemingly as if they had been sitting in a heated wok for hours. The orange chicken didn't have even the faintest hint of orange. It didn't taste like any orange chicken I've ever had.

After an eye appointment, saw a small Chinese Food biz -- dined in, ordered a few items to sample & took leftovers home: Honey/Walnut Shrimp, Mu Shu Pork, Bacon Fried Rice, Hot & Sour Soup & Egg FooYung/BBQ Pork. Very fresh produce & sauce/flavors distinct dish to dish. Enormous-sized servings - food lasted 3 days. Service was fast, courteous & smiling. Interior = meh, but I prefer & appreciate their focus on serving way better than average Chinese cuisine over decorating-- their food is much more than "a cut above". Such a surprise...didn't wait for another eye appointment to order again -- I've done take-out 3 X in the last 2 weeks.
      Cheers to T & Z!!

The food is flavorless in my opinion. It's okay if you're really hungry, and you don't have a lot of money to spend.
