Taxi In Oakland

We were picked up right on time, the trip was extremely pleasant, and the ride was smooth and safe

'tell you one thing ... after a NIGHTMARE of no Uber or Lyft showing up a few months ago, 11pm-midnight ... leaving wife and I to walk a terrible route through elevators over the track that SCREAMED "crime scene" to nearest hotel, because we were left stranded at Emeryville AMTRAK station by Uber and Lyft ..... IN CONTRAST, after that, getting BILL of "Taxi in Oakland" on the line and hearing his reassuring clarity about picking us up tomorrow and next day ... he gets FIVE STARS without even having had the rides yet !!??. Seriously.
By the way: The many negative Yelp comments on Uber and Lyft, both, in San Fran' area ... mirror our awful, awful experience with them.
Good luck, everyone; we'll confirm in another review that "Taxi in Oakland" specifically Bill came through, as we expect !!
(PS...3 or 4? related companies listed had "voice mail box full" or "...not set up yet" WTH !!??" Thus...beware and set up your rides to/from AMTRAK with GREAT CARE !! (Also, it's disgusting the 2 nearest hotels don't have a regularly-set-up deal for rides and/or a paid or free van. Cue: banjo playin'.)

I love these guys!! Every time I need to get from point A to B, I can count on them!!! I've called on them countless times, from the airport to home, Even short distances they are willing and able always give the best service, never try to "take the long route" like some companies do!!. If I schedule a pick up they are on time. Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable when being picked up. The cars are always kept nice and clean, no issues with cleanliness.That's why I have driven with them for the past few years and will continue to give them my service because they go beyond what you would expect!!
