I requested a quote from couple of places that can install a hitch in my Tesla Model 3 and The Driveway is one of them. I didn't pick them initially because the other business that I called charge a couple of hundreds cheaper. The other shop looks unorganized and lacking of professional equipment. So I realized after that and reading The Driveway reviews of happy customers. I've decided to go with them. The quality of their work shows on the photos of their current and previous clients. That's very important to me. Deposit was required for the appointment and to order the hitch for me. The brand is Stealth Hitch (they are authorized dealer). We came in on Saturday morning. The installation was quick and the waiting area is comfortable enough for the length of time we were there. There were 2 guys there and honestly I'm very forgetful of names. So sorry. One guy that installed, he was friendly, knowledgeable and did the installation quick and easy. The second one was the office guy he was nice and friendly too. We haven't tried the hitch yet so I will update soon.

Will was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and convenient. If you're like me and don't know where to take your MXP for an alignment then go here. They know the behavorial aspects of the car and all its quirks. Highly recommend!

I had a Tesla n2itive alignment kit installed here followed by the necessary alignment done after. They're busy here, so it took a few days and a couple of tries to get a quote and a couple weeks lead time to get an appointment.

But they were efficient and professional in their dealings with me, returned all the old parts without my asking, and charged exactly what they estimated.

So I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can recommend them without hesitation based on my experience with them. They also had no issue with my bringing the parts in for them to install for me. Some places are sensitive about this and want to only install parts they supply at a higher cost, but these guys were flexible in this regard, which was appreciated.

The guys were very helpful at this place. They got my ride set up perfect. They also do a great job with wheels and tires. If you have custom wheels and don't want him scratched up come to this place. They will also do a ride height adjustment and balancing. They use laser tuned alignment. These guys really know what they're doing. It's kind of in the ghetto but not to worry, these guys are pro. If you have a expensive sports car, this is the place to come.

Very responsive. Took my Tesla Model 3 for an alignment. Spent about 40 minutes in the nicely decorated waiting room. Received an easy to read report after the alignment. Thank you

Had camber arms installed on my Model S Plaid. These camber arms are pretty much essential to prevent inner tire wear. After installation alignment was done but it was off by a bit. TDW fixed it immediately. They have amazing customer service and would highly recommend.

I has an Unplugged Performance Pro Coilover sets installed here based on the recommendation by Unplugged. Will (the owner) scheduled me in within 2 weeks. They were very professional, finished the job within the estimated time, and charged what they had initially quoted.

After driving the car a few weeks I wanted to change the settings of the suspensions to a different comfort level. Will scheduled a 30-min slot, drove around with me and help my choose the settings based on my preferences. They charged a nominal amount for the adjustment.

A few months later, when some clicking noise started to come from under the car, I called Will and he was again extremely helpful. He scheduled me for a 30-min slot within less than a week. The technician was courteous, drove the car around to pinpoint the problem to the front-right suspension, and tightened the top nut to fix the problem. They didn't charge me anything this time.

Overall the owner and staff at the Driveway are trustworthy, knowledgable, and professional.

This place makes sure they get things right.

I few years ago I had my 2017 Model S in with custom alignment values and they nailed in the alignment even though it took a bit more work to get it dialed in. They also aligned my 2022 Plaid with N2itive camber arms. It was their first alignment with those arms and they make sure to get it right. So far the PS4S has lasted over 16k miles.
