Latif and his team at Techloop are stand-outs! My whole family -- husband, two young adult kids, and I -- rely on Techloop for all our tech and device needs. We walk in and feel like we are asking a friend for tech advice. They have saved us a few times with emergency fixes, including transferring my daughter's files overnight from her old laptop that died unexpectedly to a used laptop (that Techloop had for sale in the store) so my daughter could have her laptop when she left for college the next morning. I also really appreciate the manner in which they explain things to laypeople like me, with respect and in plain English. Great crew!

I would like to thank Techloop Electronics Menlo Park for repairing my phone not once, but twice, and for carefully restoring YEARS of photos and recordings of loved ones who have passed away and my Beloved One's birth and first few months of life.

I had a really old iPhone 7 that was not backed up to iCloud nor to any other device, and then the entire screen got shattered to the point where all you could see was a mostly black screen with a few colored vertical lines. Letif, the owner, replaced the entire screen in under 30 minutes and got the phone up and working again, for $90.

About two weeks later, the same phone, which I still had not backed up, got run over by a vehicle weighing over 6,000 lbs and the back was dented and it (obviously) would not turn on or anything. Hector was by some miracle able to salvage the memory board and restore the phone with ALL PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, etc INTACT, in less than 7 days, for $250. Letif also showed me two different ways to back up my data and offered to do it for free. He did return my phone with an incorrect SIM card, but found my correct SIM card within a day and fixed that issue.

Some other notes about my experience with Techloop Electronics: The staff were pleasant and professional and the store was clean and comfortable inside. The store also had convenient hours and was easy to find. I recommend this place to anyone in need of electronic repairs or refurbished devices. Thank you again Techloop Electronics!

Wonderful experience in Techloop Electronics in Menlo Park today. I stopped by in the store without appointment to ask a few questions and see if they could help. I ended up spending a jour with Letif, the owner, who explained me my options in every detail, recommended several solutions, and set up everything up on my laptop. Fast, competent and very client oriented work.

Stop here today with a lot of trouble with my phone, Letif Majid was able to help me out so much and even able to help me fit all if needs into my budget! Cannot recommend this guy enough!!

Awesome place. I broke my phone camera and needed to get it fixed so I could give it to my daughter. They replaced the camera on my Iphone 13 in 2 hours. And added a phone case on top of that. Can't recommend enough!

.I took my iPhone, into see them. Turns out the charger port had debris in it and they didn't even charge me for cleaning out the port. Honest and nice people. Another company could've just told me that I needed a new charger port and then I'd be stuck paying some real money. Great customer service I would recommend to anybody.
