The service was quick and on time. The technician was also friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an issue with our fridge and they were able to send a tech out the same day. Would recommend to friends and family.

Left a message on yelp at 3:15pm for an estimate on my dryer issues. Sonia responded in 15 mins with a service window for the very next day.

Technician Sam texted before he came, showed up within the window and began troubleshooting my Electrolux dryer.

He gave us clear options for fixing my appliance and what was involved, along with a very reasonable estimate.

I recommend Techno HVAC highly for their excellent communication all around, great attitude, value and professionalism.

They came out quickly on a weekend and solved my fridge issue. I would recommend, Viktor was helpful and polite.

I have an old dryer, and it failed on a Friday night. I went with Techno because they were the only company in the East Bay that I could get to come out that weekend. Techno sent out Sam from a partner company (Chill) on Sunday. He was great and he repaired our unit within an hour, and gave some additional maintenance tips.

Had my refrigerator repaired due to the water dispenser not working. Igor gave a quick diagnosis of the problem and was able to repair it quickly. Great work!

I called Techno HVAC and Refrigeration for a diagnosis which led up to a maintenance service job. One thing I can appreciate is their communication prior to the appointment. When the technician Vic showed up he said he'll diagnose the refrigerator and then if we went with his service, the diagnostics would be free or would be applied towards the service. So after we decided to go with his maintenance recommendation. I watched him work on the refrigerator which all he did was vacuum around the vents. I would expected a little more like make sure the air filter looked decent or offer to replace a refrigerator light. After he was done he cleaned the refrigerator but left all the dust and dirt on the floor. I regret not taking any after pics. But the total of the maintenance cost was $320.00 would I use their service again ? I would probably look elsewhere.

I requested a technician very short notice for my fridge. I had one out the same day, Kevin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Great service, and fast!
