It's really difficult to get competent repair people who respond quickly to the needs of folks up here to the Santa CruzMountains.
Christian is phenomenal! He and his team were quick to respond. Christian is so knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for fixing my washer for a fair price!

We had double errors on our LG dryers. Cristian was very forthright/conservative with his estimate on potential cost, given they would really need to troubleshoot on sight and determine repair effort. He was professional and fair. I got other quotes but my "gut" told me Cristian would be best to work with. I was right. Technician, Joseph, came out and was very personable and thorough. He didn't DO more work than he needed, and was very honest on that. It seemed our LG app was maybe not accurate and machines were ok, but for the need for a vent clean (we hadn't done maintenance in 4 years since we purchased).
End of the day, they only charged me 38% of what was originally quoted ($300) even though they could have probably done lots of "extra" work and charged wayyy more.
Highly recommend working with these guys. Honest. Dependable. Timely. Affordable. I plan to call them for ALL future appliance needs/repairs/maintenance (they work on everything).

I own a rental property in Santa Cruz. I live in Mountain View. I first spoke to Christian within minutes of requesting service on a Samsung refrigerator. I had confidence in the way he explained to me what he thought was the problem and so I hired his company. Sebastian did the actual service call. Since I was not there I needed a company to stay in touch with me and let me know when they were on there way and what they found at the job site. Teckrom fit the bill. Sebastian finished the first portion of the job, ordered another part and came out to install on another day. I was very happy with the service and will use again when the need arises.
