I have been to this repair shop at least 3 to 4 times in the past when we've had cracked computer screens, water on keyboards etc. They have always provided excellent service at a very competitive price.

I'm writing this review because I stopped in yesterday without an appointment to have the owner take a look at my iPhone, which wasn't charging . Technician at the Apple Store wasn't able to fix it. I was extremely surprised and grateful that the owner was able to get it working again after only two minutes. It likely saved me a few hundred dollars as Apple was suggesting I get a new phone. Would highly recommend this company if you're looking for honest high-quality work with your computers or phones

TecnoUNO was a positive experience for me. The person working there fixed my laptop within a day (I just needed a new OS installed because I screwed it up.) and gave me helpful instructions on how to avoid the mistake I made in the future.
They also suggested that I pay upfront because parking is so scarce in the area that they will actually bring your computer out to your car when you pick it up. I felt like that was really considerate service. (They said if they couldn't fix it for some reason I'd get a refund).

Needed diagnostics on my laptop, since it was slow and I couldn't do certain things on it.
Dario provided a quick solution, fast service and a new hard-drive! He fixed my laptop in less than 24 hrs and at a reasonable price! Great job, Dario!! I will tell all my friends and clients!

Dario was extremely accommodating for my case, which involved a series of twists and turns on my side that he kindly accommodated. He provided an honest assessment with a fair competitive price, and responded promptly to messages on both email and text. I'm not a tech person, but he explained everything nicely in a way I could understand and not feel slow. Appreciate his patience and service!

I had an issue with my HP laptop, which was too new to consider a whole replacement.

Searching around for a repair shop, I couldn't find anything in RWC so I was about to drive down to Los Altos(!) but before getting on the freeway, I stopped at my favorite taco joint, Grullense, over on middlefield. While chomping down on some amazing carnitas, I grabbed my phone and found that techno uno had responded to an earlier Yelp search for tech help. I thought, why not go see if they are open.

Dario met me and immediately assessed what my problem was. He offered that I could pay the $80 for diagnostic (which would be rolled over to repair) or, since he already knows what the issue was, I could just pay up front. And I did.

My laptop was back in my hands within a couple days (holiday weekend) and I was very happy.

I had an unforeseen situation come up with my PC and as a result of a solid recommendation from a good friend, reached out to Dario. He was super responsive and professional. Dario was amazing! So far my partner and I have brought two different gaming pcs with issues that stumped us for days and within a day, Dario was able to tell us what the issue was. He was super accommodating and responsive.

DJ here, had a wedding gig coming up on Saturday and was testing my lights. One of them was not functioning correctly. My laser and LED duo has a motor that rotates it's output. Without the motor running, nothing moves.

I was freaking out. Looked online, there weren't many repair shops around, I was shocked. Dying industry? Right to repair issues? Planned obsolescence? Sucks. Difficult business with pain in the ass customers? For sure.

Went to Mobile Kangaroo. They wouldn't pick up. Went over anyway...empty lease space. Oh dang.

Went back on Yelp to search, oh wow, one that's open. Went there, met Dario.

He at first politely declined as this wasn't his usual computer repair. I explained maybe the motor was out inside and maybe we can open the case and check first. There were hex screws that my tool set didn't have and he let me use his while I sat outside to dismantle and check the insides.

After many many screws removed, found there was a loose connection in the circuit board and reattached that. Then putting all the screws back for the case took half an hour. Wow.

Went back inside the shop, tested the light and it was working! Yay! This unit was super expensive and my first first laser so I'll rock it forever.

Returned the borrowed tools and asked for the the fee to use his gear. Dario just smiled and waved me off. I was extremely grateful and promised to write of my great experience online.

Dario is the man. Nice quiet spoken guy. Carries a benevolent engineer/tinker vibe.
