Keith got back to me quickly. I explained to him that the circuit that the refrigerator and microwave was on didn't pop back on. He sent someone out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem which ended up not being the circuit at all. Not only did Keith's son fix the problem, but he found a slow leak from the kitchen sink I didn't know I had. He looked at my circuit breakers and told me they had been recalled. So once the plumber finishes, I will definitely be calling them again and telling all my friends and neighbors.
Fast, efficient, courteous, patient and reasonable.

I had multiple places where lights were not working, he very quickly diagnosed and fixed them.

i called Keith about some work I needed done - new light fixture and a couple of new switches. There was a technician at my place in an hour. The work was done quickly and efficiently and was reasonably priced. next time I need electrical help, I'm calling Keith!

I use Task Rabbit for minor repairs around the home. I thought changing out a switch would be easy enough and not warrant an electrician. I picked one of the cheaper taskers and it was a nightmare.

So I ended up calling all the electricians in the area. By the way, google is terrible for this. Use Yelp, you'll get local businesses instead of these random paid ads with dispatchers who don't have immediate schedules or answers.

All the electricians didn't have any availability till the following week. I wanted same day.

I somehow happened to find TEK, looking for another similar electrician of the similar name. Glad I did. Keith picked up right away and quickly assessed over the phone and provided a quote. Said he would be by in an hour.

Keith showed up on time, super professional and polite. Most importantly - he got the job done right and with efficiency. He was in and out in 15 mins. Accepts, cash, check or Zelle. Easy, straightforward and competent.

Highly recommend Keith Wise for his prompt service and efficiency! Got straight to the problem and was done in no time.

I have held off on writing this review for a few months because I understand the importance of reputation, but after my house could have caught on fire from Keith's poor workmanship this week, I knew it was time.

I hired Keith to replace all the receptacles/outlets in my house because my house was built in the 1980s. He honored a quote from years ago which frankly I felt was high, but I believe in supporting Black owned businesses. What I thought would take 1 day ended up being a long 3 day process including him returning because the power in one wall stopped working the next day. Note these were all issues that came after he began working on my house.

This week, a spark flashed in my bedroom and half the power in my room went out. I called another electrician and found out:

1. In the light controlled outlet three hot wires were not connected properly. They were merely connected by a wire nut and not even taped.

2. The outlet terminal screws were also not taped to protect it from the metal junction box!

Disappointed. Disgusted. And will not use his services ever again because he did such a sloppy job. Beware!

I couldn't speak highly enough of our electrical specialist Keith and his superb knowledge and efficiency. After another company quoted thousands of dollars to fix a partial electrical outage and having to need a second visit to get issue fixed, Keith came in and within 45 min had my power fully restored costing a few hundred bucks. All I needed was a breaker changed !! He was able to get into the PG&E box with no issues and get this done at the snap of a finger. I value honesty and efficiency when utilizing any kind of services - Keith and his company provided just that. It's overwhelming and daunting finding a utility services provider that you can trust so I am very thankful for this company.

Keith has helped me out on 2 different occasions. The first time, Keith fixed a few outlets and warned me of a fire hazard with the condition of one of the outlets.

Next time I called Keith, he was able to come same day and identify an issue with the smoke detector/fire alarm system in my household.

He is my go to guy for electrical issues!

I needed an outlet replace and Keith Wise came out that same day I called and replace it for me. Keith was professional and very polite and my outdoor outlet is working again thanks to Keith.

The guests in one of our Airbnbs lost power in half the house on New Year's Day. We called TEK Electrical at 9:00 a.m. January 2 and they had someone at the house before 10:00 a.m., with the problem fixed and power restored by 10:30. They replaced two bad breakers. Very happy with the service!
