Tender Loving Care House Cleaning Service

I was searching for a cleaning service. Tried TLC cleaning service. I was very happy with the results. Exceptional service at an affordable value. TLC is my new cleaning service.

We used TLC before the pandemic. We had a number of mostly minor issues . There were several occasions when the cleaning wasn't up to par, there wasn't really consistency with our cleaners, some tardiness, etc . Then there was a major transgression... the cleaner took our house key home the evening before our service which negates the security of keys in a lock box. Then the key went missing from her car. I was usually home when the cleaner was here but was out of the way and didn't always interact. Imagine my surprise when the doorbell rang then my phone rang with the cleaner requesting I let her in.

Well, I thought of changing services but I know no one, or no service, is perfect and Patty tried to make things right whenever she could.

I've recently tried to restart service but have been unable to. I was told there wasn't an open slot. Then, some time after, I inquired about a one time deep cleaning and got a response that they are "unable to service" due to a staffing shortage. Time to find the new house cleaners...

The best thing I have done for myself is hire a housekeeper! I have Ethan coming every 2 weeks. Ethan has a keen eye to detail, doesn't miss one tiny piece of dust. I have three dogs that prefer to be indoors, this equals dog hair, lots of it!

Perfect cleaning and excellent customer service. Trust worthy and on time :) My house was sparkling and smelled amazing. They were very careful with all my special things.

I asked for a quote, and they got back within one business day with fairly standard pricing. The thing that stood out was that they didn't beat around the bush and let me know that they were unable to provide the floor buffering service within the time frame that I needed.

The kindest thing you can do for yourself when you work too much and/or you're pregnant/have a baby is hiring a cleaning service. Maria cleans my kitchen, dining room, living room and main bathroom every 2 weeks for a very fair amount and does a spectacular job. She's super thorough - she even dusts the inside of my sconces in the bathroom, something I sadly would had never thought about.

When I was first searching, I had a consultation with another local company and they quoted me at three times more for the initial cleaning, and an additional $30 per cleaning, and they were not as awesome as Patty who has owned this business for decades. I was one of those people who thought it was ridiculous to hire someone to clean your house, and I had some trust issues, but I now completely trust Patty's wonderful staff and it's so nice to spend that extra time enjoying life. Highly recommended!

We've been using TLC for 18+ months and they've been great. The owner Patty is friendly & easy to get ahold of. We appreciate having the same person come each week! Before covid my 1yr old son enjoyed "helping" her dust his window shades (we now of course stay socially distanced) Fre is very reliable, does a fantastic job and is friendly to our son and even our cats!
