Their stupid ATM machine ripped me off. I pressed the $10 button for one wash, received ten tokens, and my bank account now tells me they debited my account for $20.

This place is dirty, disgusting, and surrounded by shady characters. I'll never come here again. It's just not worth the cost.

This place absolutely sucks. The Bays that you wash your car in are completely filthy and molded and disgusting. There's trash everywhere the breast heads are super filthy covered in this Mucky nasty stuff from people's cars got gravel in it scratched up my car I don't know how I'm going to explain this to my insurance company. I'm pissed as a as a consumer I am pissed I asked for high pressure soap I got cold high pressure water with no soap my vehicle is still grimy and grotty refer to the pictures the pictures will explain everything. By the way it's a waste of $8 for 6 minutes refer to the pictures and you'll understand why.

This business has changed over the years and not for the better. The foam brushes are always almost working. It is dirty, not great water pressure and frankly just not worth the money. Also, lost money in the machines at 10 & Harrison many times with no on on duty to help. I now drive all the way to San Leandro to Village Car Wash where it cost less than half the money to wash the car. Like $5.00 will do it! Plenty of foam in the brushes and real water pressure for a rinse.

The cost to wash your vehicle is ridiculous it's too high, the machines do not dispense the chemicals needed to perform a car wash. They only dispense water so your being ripped off because your being charged $8.00 to spray water on your vehicle. Management is not maintaining a safe environment for the customers due to the fact there is people that hang out at the car wash using drugs in their vehicles. The change machine rips you off , I could go in and on. By this location being the closest to the area you would think the owners would appreciate the fact that they really don't have any competition and would make the car wash a place where you would want to return and not burn rubber getting away!

Wash here at your own risk. Not only are the brushes horribly maintained and will scratch up your car like sandpaper, many of the stalls don't even have soap. The onsite manager abused me verbally when I informed him that the ceiling pipes were busted in 4 spots and stall four was completely out of soap.

This is a coin operated car wash that I have been using for years. I pulled in on Friday evening last week and pulled right back out again. This business has become totally unkept and unattended It looks as though it's extremely in need of upgrading. Even if ownership could not afford new equipment the existing structure and equipment could be cleaned and painted along with the stalls and building structure. Power washing the entire facility including the concrete for the entire lot and then applying a coat of garage floor paint or highway paint wouldn't cost that much and could be a DIY project for ownership. Close it for 2 days with signage announcing upgrades to the business and with a team of friends or even gathering up a group of willing to work homeless people (of which there are many) and this job could be turned over in 2 days. Choose the two slowest days or the work week with no rain in the forecast and a couple of pressure washer rentals along with some high power leaf blowers to dry the to be painted surfaces and this business could go from drab and on its way to closure for lack of business to vital in the community again. However as it stands now I would not recommend it to anyone unless it was your only option. It's dark dirty and overall feels uninviting and unsafe. It was sad to see how much it has been neglected.

As others have stated, this company really does not care if their machines rip you off. I called and said machine stole $7, no response. People should file class action lawsuit against this place.
People should contact the BBB.

The worst self car wash I've ever been to. Equipment is super old and raggedy. The Stations where you wash your car drip from overhead, A stingy amount of soap is dispensed from the sprayer and foam brush. And to add misery to insult, super overpriced, $7 just to start the wash (7-9 minute) timer.
(And it's not located in an ideal location)
