We've been living in our house for about a year and a half when we recently started to notice what we thought were termite droppings. I called Termite Pro and Vlad came out to do an inspection. He confirmed what we were finding were droppings and that there was damage in some areas. I mentioned to him that we bought the house recently but we weren't sure if fumigation was done beforehand. Because of this he asked when we bought and realized that if it was done then there is a usual 2 year warranty that we might still be under. I was able to show him some old paperwork that we had and he confirmed that it was done and that we should be under warranty. He recommended that we reach out to that contractor to see if they could handle it. I appreciated Vlad's quick thinking and his effort to save us money.

Recently I had a refrigerator water leak about a month ago and repair was done.
However, a couple of days ago i noticed there were mold behind the refrigerator. I have also noticed some kind of droppings from the wall behind the fridge which I suspected termite. I called Termite Pro and Vlad came out and he was very friendly. He has done a thorough inspection around the house and to my surprise he told me I don't have termite problems, what a relief. I offered to give Vlad a consultation fee but he wouldn't take it. I told him I would definitely call him at Termite Pro if ever I need the service in the future. I wish all the businesses these days would follow this kind of service and integrity of professionalism. Please don't hesitate to include Termite Pro in your search.

We realized we had a termite issue after finding evidence of droppings in our garage. I reached out to several companies to schedule an inspection--Termite Pro was the first company to respond to my request and was able to fit us in the following day. All other top-rated companies were weeks out for appointments. Vlad came out and did a thorough examination of the property, including the crawl space below the house. He found evidence of termites all around the exterior, some places inside and also underground and shared pictures he took with me. He recommended we fumigate the house and then treat the ground after. Since it was the end of summer and our chances to schedule the tenting would be months later once school started up, we asked if he could schedule it within the same week. He said he normally needs at least a week or more to schedule the tenting, but he told us he would try. He followed up the next day and said we were good to go. He gave us instructions to prepare, dropped off the plastic bags for our food and let us know the day before when we could expect the company to arrive and start the tenting. Everything went smoothly. The next day after we came back, Termite Pro arrived to treat the underground termites all around the property and under the house. Couldn't have had a better experience with the service but only time will tell if our termite problem is truly gone. I'm comfortable knowing there's a two-year warranty, so if termites come back before then, they'll retreat the property again for free. From what I've read online, we should expect the treatment to last at least four years. I'll try to follow up on this review again if that's not the case.

Last year end, I discovered two bugs that look like termites in the second-floor bathroom. Jose came to estimate, but I forgot to ask him to inspect the attic on the first floor. When I decided to do the treatment, I called Jose, and he said it's not a problem. He will check the 1st floor attic. Carlo came on Monday and inspected the 1st floor attic, even though there were no termites, but he also sprayed some treatment without additional charge.

If I can find a five star rating company, I absolutely believe the price is reasonable and the work is well done. In fact, they are very punctual and meticulous. Thank you... Jose and Carlo.

Several weeks ago after a hard rain we discovered termite droppings by our French doors at the back of our house. My hubby decided to also check our attic and found more there. We were not wanting to tent our house and tried not to panic. Instead this girl jumped on Yelp, started searching for local termite companies and read many reviews.

Boom, I found my guys. Jose and Vlad showed up as scheduled and took time checking the entire house including other structures on our property, attic and the crawl space under the house. Very thorough!

After the inspection was over I waited 20 minutes for their proposal. Jose and Vlad went over the detail sand explaining everything.

We were given 2 options: 1 for tenting the house and 1 for spot treatments. We were not down for packing up everything, toxins and moving out for several days. So, spot treatment it would be!!!

We scheduled the treatment for the following week and were very happy with the work Arthur and Carlos did who work for Jose and Vlad. If we spot any droppings or live termites they will come back and retreat the area.

Interesting Fact: Jose said that "newer houses" see more termites. The older houses hold up much better against termites!!! Woo hoo for us. Our house was built in 1953.

From the moment I contacted Termite Pro, the response was fast (hours) and they set us up within days for a visit.

We found the (there is no way else to say it) termite poop from a window sill. Gross. And we did have a full tenting done 8 years ago. Turns out termites have seasons. This was a different type than what had been tented for. Because we caught it early they were able to treat with non toxic methods and we did not have to tent or move out. The treatment is good for two years. Any recurring infestation in that timeframe will be treated for free. If we do decide to tent the costs of our current treatment can be used towards tenting.

Fingers crossed this works. But I do appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. And here's hoping those little suckers stay away.
