My water heater decided to give out on cold evening. I could not get anyone to look at the water heater the same evening until I saw That's Good Drain & Rooter on Yelp. I decided to give them a call, and they responded to me right away! They promised me that they will have someone come out within that hour, and within 20 mins Bernado from the company showed up. Bernado is super knowledgeable and super friendly guy. He assessed the water heater, he knew the problem right then and there. He got to work right away that evening! He helped me to haul the new water heater from the store and took my old broken water heater away. I am so amazed by their workmanship! He and his helper got my new water heater installed that same evening!

When he was replacing my water heater, he noticed the water psi is unusually high . He figured out the solution right away. He promised to return the next morning to get it done. He came on time the next morning with all the equipments and parts. He got that water pressure problem fixed within that morning!

I m so glad I called Bernado that evening when my water heater broke. He and his team is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, on-time and honest. He offers great price for quality works.

I am always nervous and wary when it comes to this sort of thing but Bernardo walked me through everything that he was doing and also found another problem that we weren't aware of and fixed that too. We had a water pressure issue and got our water pressure regulator replaced. Now our water pressure in the house is perfect. All the 5 star reviews are true. Bernardo and Emelita are knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They fixed our issue the same day I called. They are very thorough and showed the difference between the broken part and the new part. I also like they gave extra tips on troubleshooting these types of issues. Also, they are very transparent on costs.

Responsive to my inquiries and my water tank installation service schedule was the same day. They came in and remove my old water heater tank and replaced new one with care and professional manners. Explained what they were doing each steps and cleaned up afterwards. Advised how to maintain the equipment and I also scheduled to have the water tank closet wall painted afterwards with reasonable price. Extra and comprehensive service.

So we had a clogged tub. Contacted Emy and she said she's sending Bernardo out. I asked for an estimate she said he'll come and check and give us a rate before the job. So he came checked the line. Said if it doesn't work he won't charge us, if it does the flat rate would be. So it worked and he even cleaned out our tub with clorox. It was pretty nasty. Since it was our first time booking an appointment with them they gave us a discount. He recommended also a catch for the drain to get all the hair that gets trapped. This guy Bernardo is super nice, great service, and if we ever need a plumber I definitely would recommend them.
