My wife and I were involved in an accident in October 2022. This process was super fast and very easy to do . They took care of everything for me and Jasmine kept updated the whole time. Anytime we had a problem or a question we would text Jasmine and she would quickly respond to us and made sure we felt comfortable during every step. Their services were so great i don't have any complaints.

I was in an accident while stopped at a green light waiting to turn left when a person going straight started looking behind them and veered right into my car head on on the drivers side. Their insurance was no help and when the medical bills started piling up I called The Accident Guys. I suffered a horrible back injury that required multiple spinal injections, physical therapy, and medication. They got me in touch with drs that I needed to help with my pain. They helped me throughout the whole process with medical and the insurance company. They didn't stop fighting for what I deserved when the insurance company wanted to offer me next to nothing. Everyone I worked with (AJ, Trixie, Kimberly, Nathaly) was so nice and kept in contact during the whole process. I hope I never have to work with them again, but if needed I will definitely go with the Accident Guys!

The firm could be great if we're not at fault (easy win), but in my sister's case, they purposely disappeared on us. My sister and her car were hit badly by another driver, got unconscious, and was immediately taken to hospital emergency with an internal brain bleeding thus could not defend herself. As a result, the police report had false information from the other driver and concluded my sister at fault. After reviewing the police report and other driver's cheap insurance policy, the Accident Guys attorney said to call me back next day but never never called me back. When I called them back a few days later, they referred me to other firms. That was even after seeing the photos of my sister being unconscious with a lot of blood on her face. Anyway, my family is grateful to find another firm to fight the case and have reversed the fault.
