Just got new Avalon hybrid. This is the third time we used Jonathan all with great success. It is so nice to deal with a knowledgeable broker rather than a dealer salesman. Jonathan got us a hard to find Avalon hybrid with our desirable color and interior and trim. A shoutout to his assistant Marcus who was so helpful explaining the various accessories. If you never used an auto broker like Jonathan you are missing out, it's the only way to go.

Four years later, I can back for a different hybrid.
He went above and beyond to find me this very specific car.
He did his very best.
It was not in the cards at this time but I will be using him once I take a break, reevaluate and decide on another choice.

Auto Connection was able to negotiate with Toyota for a 2018 leased Rav earlier this year. Spent 8 hours at the dealership on a Friday. As a woman, I brought along 2 different men to sit in on the negotiations. The dealer did not budge.

I heard about Jonathan at my hair salon. Connected on a Friday late afternoon and relayed the make, model and color I wanted to lease. Jonathan saved me $ per month on the lease. Jonathan delivered my 2018 Rav 4 to my door the next day. I highly recommend his services in lieu of the stressful time I experienced at the dealership. Professional, easy going and honest. His colleague spent time familiarizing me with features I would not know existed without his patient guidance.

I ended up with a really good deal through a friend of a friend. Turns out it was still $150 above what I would've gotten if I had just went with The Auto Connection.

So if you need a friend who knows a guy (or gal), Jonathan is that friend. Imagine this, I spent one week wheeling and dealing every single day. If I wasn't at the dealership, I was online dealing. I grew stressed out and was done. I got the deal I got through a friend. Maybe I could've gotten it anyways through the internet and haggling, I don't know.

If I had just went with Jonathan from the beginning though he would've landed me at a better deal and I could've saved myself a whole lot of stress, time, gas money going to dealerships..... Even if it ended up being slightly more overall, it would've saved me a week of my life!!!

Oh, I forgot to add too that he spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me later in the evening just talking cars and deals. He knew I had found him late in my journey and that I was dealing on my own, so he educated me on what to look out for, intricacies of the game, and warned me of scams. I basically got some free advising. I am also thankful that he gave me some of his knowledge about the reliability of the two brands I was looking at. He has been doing this for 20+ years and I really appreciated hearing about his experience and that of his clients with the two different brands.

I went through Jonathan at Auto Connection for my 2009 Subaru WRX purchase. In the past, our company had used him to get a Lexus and he was able to broker a really good lease for a LS460L Executive. This was the first time I used him personally.

If you don't like dealing with pushy salesman and even worse (and often forgotten), contract/finance guys, going with an auto broker is the way to go.

Unlike other brokers, there's no fee going through Auto Connection. His incentive is directly paid by the dealer. You might think the price of the car will be more because of that. Not really.

I got my car at invoice plus tax/license/extended warranty.

The key is to know which car you want: make, model, trim, color, options. Once you have that, you give it to Jonathan and he'll find the best deal for you. You just have to sit back and wait.

The car gets delivered (driven or on a flat bed, your choice) to his office in Mill Valley, where you sign all the contracts. After that, he gives you the keys and you drive off.

Very simple, streamline process for buying a new car. No haggling with dealerships over prices or warranties. He does it for you.

The prospect of negotiating a new car totally stressed me out. Time was of the essence since I blew the head gasket in my 2002 car and was in a car rental. A friend referred me to Jonathan. The wife wanted a new 2014 Honda Accord; Jon was the first person we went to. Jonathan worked with the Fleet Manager at Marin Honda and got a great price that beat other dealerships by hundreds of dollars (I had already checked via email).

Jonathan bought my wifes 2006 Accord coupe with 42,000 miles. Picked up her new Accord sedan at Marin Honda after fifteen minutes of paperwork. Life is good.
