Best car detailing service in San Leandro, period. I took my BMW 2004 convertible in to get a full service detail and the result exceeded my expectations. Nader is customer focused and very competent in his execution of the work. He has the latest in technology to employ in the completion of job, b ut his personal attention to detail is what separates him from the crowd. I'v got two other vehicles that will soon see The Auto Spa, can't wait to have all my cars serviced by Nader.

My old and used Ford needed some TLC and this place did not disappoint! I am so glad I found them on Yelp. It was a little hard to find their store front but we were able to drop off our car and had it returned in a few hours. The results had me stunned!!! It felt like a brand new car. Good communication and awesome work. Thank you!

Amazing. Everything was so easy and the end result is terrific. My car looks great! I'll be coming back for sure!

Update: I have updated my one star rating to four stars because Nader from Auto Spa reached out to me and offered to redo the service (plus some extra touches) or issue a refund. He is really the reason I'm updating my rating. The work done on my car might've been a fluke, who knows, but I really appreciate a business that reaches out in cases like this.
I opted for a refund instead of a redo of service, so my 4 stars are for the way that Nader handled the situation.

Nader was quick to respond with a quote and overall very ways to work with. I'm thrilled with the job he and his team did on my car! I paid almost twice as much for a MUCH worse job with Pauls Mobile Detailing a while back. I'm so so happy with how my car looks inside and out after using the Auto Spa.

Do not go here. Got a half ass car wash and clay bar treatment at best. I know what it feels like when you take the time to clay bar/polish/seal automotive paint and that did not happen with my car as promised. Car was not vacuumed, wheels still dirty and the windows look like someone wiped them with a wet cloth and let it dry under a dust storm. You can't see before you leave because it's so dark in there and the cars are packed so I couldn't even open the trunk. They also call you at the last minute and expect you to get through SF traffic within 20-30 min. There are also some blemishes on my car that were not there before. Another Person was in there and having some serious issues with scratches they made on his car as well.

I changed my Rating because Nader reached out and wanted to make up for an experience he did not feel was accurate of the Business. He responded quickly for the most part even when I did not. He set up a time for me to come in and get what I paid for and some "extra services ." When I got the car back this time the paint looked great. So the Auto Spa can make your car look great. The change that the review is mostly influenced by Nader's actions in wanting his customers to receive a certain level of service and doing his part to follow up on that.

My friend Robyn had recommended these guys. I wasn't sure of them other than her recommendation. With that in mind...

The team at Auto Spa are fantastic. This is my second time around with these guys for a different car -- my 1965 Mustang -- and they are just truly sincere, dedicated, hard working people who understand not just the quality of work matters but so does customer service.

They are honest to a fault and address any and all concerns one might have to ensure that the finished product meets approval. A recent restoration project even though I've had the car since I was 16... these guys did an amazing job and had everything well beyond expectations and ready at 5 pm on the dot as they list on their website.

The shop is conveniently located in SOMA. I highly recommend these guys. And although services at any level are value priced -- do the full package whenever you can as it really does restore your car to a "brand new" feel both interior and exterior.

These guys are the only people in SF that I like taking my cars to. And if that isn't a high level of praise, well I don't know what else to say.

This place is as good as it gets! I have a BMW and stupidly parked it under a tree for the weekend, then left it in the garage during a cleaning. So it had sticky sap dusted with dark dirt. Just looked sad all over.
I brought it into Lloyd and he was so helpful and non-critical of my lapse in caring for my car. He got it absolutely spotless-- I swear it hasn't looked this good after any other cleaning, it looked BRAND NEW.
Work was done quickly and for a fair price.

My car literally looks NEW when it's actually 16 years old. I bought my car second hand and had only took him thru the car wash. After the Auto Spa, he is a fresh color of silver that I've never seen.

After pumping gas for the first since the detail and seeing that they even cleaned the gas tank pump area, I had to write this review. Great service! No complaints. :)

Nader and his team did such a phenomenal job helping me detail my car that was getting ready for sale, the car sold 3 days later! i can't think of a better detailing shop I would recommend. Thanks again!
