If you have a sweet craving late at night this is the place to go. And I mean late, late. Not many places stay open past 10p jn SF which can be somewhat frustrating.

My husband and I finally have some time together and decided to venture out for dessert. The service was amazing! The ladies behind the counter hustle! They are quick, efficient and kind. I value great customer service nowadays. The place smells of fresh baked cookies with plenty of seating inside and out.

I ordered the blackberry crumble and toasted almond ice cream in a cup. Both were creamy and sweet. The blackberry wasn't as tart as I thought it would be but still hit the spot.

There's only street parking and if you visit this establishment on a Friday or Saturday night there's a good amount of people watching since it's located in the heart of North Beach.

Food - Several ice cream options, same with cookies. Every time I have tried the ice cream sandwiches I haven't enjoyed them so now I stick to the sundaes. That's just me though, there are hundreds of reviews that feel otherwise.

Service - Service is friendly. I tried to surprise my friends by paying for them ahead of time and it ended up being awkward somehow with how the person told them.

Ambiance - The front window alone is worth trying this place. I just have had such bad luck with everything being sticky. Which comes with the territory I suppose. Sticky finger food, the tabletops are inevitably going to be sticky. Even so, I will show people this place but I'd be surprised if I (personally) would crave this place in the middle of the night.

This place was small and a bit out of the way and you have to find street parking.

If you like ice cream sandwiches and sweet treats this place is for you. If you have kids this place is for you.

Without extra toppings the price is okay. About $10. You can get cookies or brownies or an ice cream sandwich or a cookie in a bowl with ice cream on top. Each topping is an additional $1 which is kind of wild. You can also have your sandwich warmed up which is my preference.

It's open late which is nice! It was a nice place to try at least once.

Lots of options for ice cream and cookies - you can make your own ice cream sandwich or sundae in a brownie bowl. Very cool how customizable it is! The ice cream is so thick and creamy - very sweet. Would not recommend if you're a fan of sweets that are "not too sweet" but it's a good place to chill and there's lots of food/bars around.

This spot allows you to pick out the cookie and ice cream flavors for your ice cream sandwich. You can also mix and mingle the flavors.

They have vegan options as well!

It's a bit pricy but fun place to grab cookies and ice cream! Unique and interesting stuff.

The ice cream sandwich was incredible. But more incredible was the owner, Emma. She was so hospitable and lovely. She made us feel like family. Don't miss this gem of a place. You won't be sorry you did. Say hi to my new friend, Emma.

Such a cute little shop in North Beach/on the edge of Chinatown. A great spot to stop for a quick snack after enjoying a good meal. I love a good ice cream sandwich made with cookies so I was happy to go here.

I shared a warm brownie sandwich with a friend with mint chocolate chip ice cream. The brownie was fantastic! The chocolate chips inside made it even better. I was a bit skeptical given how thin the brownie was but it was gooey and delicious. I definitely recommend it. I tried a bit of a friend's cookie sandwich and thought the cookies got hard from the cold ice cream.

The service was a bit slow when I went and she couldn't answer my questions. It may have neem because it was busy and she was the only worker. I hope it's better next time.

Came late night and they still had a great assortment of cookies!
The cookies weren't super hot but together with the ice cream it was a nice snack. Service was quick and efficient.

Get the cookie + ice cream scoop combo.
I'd get the mud pie combo with the choc chip cookie again!
