There was a very wide selection of different souvenirs, the service was very good. We spent so much money!

Didn't like this place at all! Workers kept watching me and acting as if I were going to steal!

Comparable to the nearby souvenir gift shop. In addition, name brand apparel. Lots of everything California to choose from. Looking for San Francisco sweatshirts, tees, hats, keychains, mugs, tumblers, and anything else? This is the place.

      Metered parking.

BE VERY CAREFUL shopping here. I just got back from visiting the area. They have a ton of different souvenirs, and unfortunately, I did not have a lot of time to spare in the store. The trolley was leaving at 8p, and if you look at my receipt, you'll see I left the store at 8p.

I wondered why my price was spool much. Granted, I had purchased some items to take back home, but I did not see where I spent $100 (another receipt is not included). Once I made it back to my hotel room, I was able to look at my gifts and receipt.

The 420 gift I purchased for someone on 4/20 was not on my receipt. I looked at the barcode and found a sticker covering the barcode for a "denim xs" for $36.99. The sticker was on the item PERFECTLY covering the original barcode. Please, PLEASE be careful shopping at this store. I assume with this being a high visited tourist area; this is something that happens at the store. So sad, and I am disputing this with my credit card company

Stopped here to grab a few souvenirs from our trip to San Francisco. Though this place is obviously geared (and priced) toward tourists, IMO they had some things that were of good value. I ended up with a mug with photos of the most famous scenes and places in this city for $7, and we got matching SF t-shirts that were priced 2 for $25.

If you take your receipt from this place to nearby Cioppino's restaurant, you get a 10% discount on your meal there (wish we'd seen that before we'd already eaten at that restaurant an hour before coming to this gift shop). Note they do charge you for a bag if you want one for all your purchases - That one was new to me. Somewhat disappointingly, they have plenty of souvenirs featuring this city's cable cars, but none that highlight the cool, old streetcars the Fisherman's Wharf area of San Francisco is just as well known for, and that we rode in a lot during our trip here.

This place has loads of souvenirs!!

Large souvenir shop that's past Fisherman's Wharf and closer to the Cable Cars and Aquatic Park. Lots of sweatshirts and SF clothing, along with classic souvenirs.

Some things in here can get a little pricey, especially the clothing.

So, if you're a local or out of towner, and you want something San Francisco related, this is the place to be!!

I have to say first off...the staff was FANTASTIC!! They made sure we found everything we needed. They also They made sure we had all the right sizes to everything. This was the perfect place for all souvenirs! If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would! Thank you for everything.

      Quick take: friendly service

I was immediately greeted right when I walked in. Tons of souvenirs and knick knacks to buy

I picked a couple of snowglobes. Went up to the register and the cashier was friendly. Wrapped both snowglobes and gave me a small bag.

I highly recommend this shop for SF souvenirs.

Save yourself and shop at any other gift store in the SF area except here. I took a friend that was visiting here to buy some gifts and left with such a bitter taste in my mouth. The woman working at the time was incredibly rude and hardly greeted us. Let alone we were the only ones in the store, and she continued to follow us around and watch every move we made, but never asked if we needed help. I was absolutely disgusted, as it seemed like she was only following us to see if we were going to steal. Will never be back, and recommend saving yourself from terrible customer service and go to one of the many gift shops at Fisherman's Wharf.

Please do not shop here if you care about others and have self respect.

I waited two weeks before writing this post, but the reason for posting is very important and must be read.

I walked into this store with my little one. From what I could tell, besides the workers, it was only me (African american) and an African American couple.

After I found a cute onesie as a little memory for my baby, I made my way to the register. The African American couple was in front of me at the register checking out.

As the couple left the store, a worker (who's also a minority) came to the register and asked if the couple bought anything because she thought they stole something. This couple gave no reason for this lady to think they were thieves.

Once that employee left, I asked another employee if I heard her correctly. And, that person responded that I did. It hurt to hear that, but I ended up purchasing the item.

After I left the store, I was overwhelmed by the terrible and disgusting experience. I went back in, asked for a return- which was done by the manager (also a minority).

I told the manager why I returned the item and what the employee said. He did not seem to care. And, really dismissed what I said entirely.

So, in saying all of that, please spend your money somewhere else. There are too many shops on that street. There's no need to give your money to this store in support of their ugly actions.
