This is a good parking garage across the street from oracle park. It's all automated and can be quite expensive on event days. On a giants game day I paid $60, but it is a similar cost for most parking nearby.

I drove around before and the other lots had prepay and reservations only. I didn't do that and I'm not interested in downloading and using another app.

We went to the parking garage and paid the outrageous price of 100 when we were leaving the game later on in the night trying to get out the parking garage. I was scanning my ticket and it would not allow us to leave. It said we had to pay, we had a huge line building up, so the only way to move forward was paid again. Therefore we double paid 200 bucks.

Best parking for giants games. Hands down. Location. In and out is fast and perfect spot. Saves probably an hour to get to bay bridge than other lots.

This is a hidden gem! If you arrive at 11:30am for a Giants evening game, it is only $25 a day even for multiple days. But it switches to $100 a day at noon.
It has excellent security. We stayed at the Hyatt which recommends this when their tiny lot is sold out (sold out at 11am) and they really recommend this for overflow. We got lucky and paid only $50 for two days. If we arrived one hour later it would have been $200. The signs are clearly labeled so people shouldn't complain. If you want to park indoors 1 block from a huge stadium, that is a typical price for the day.

I was staying at the hotel across the street. Their parking was $75 overnight and they were full. They pointed me out to this parking lot which had plenty of spots and was only $20. Worked out better for me. It was also self parking which is better than valet since you are not dependent and waiting on them or worried about how they might treat your car.

This garage is conveniently located directly across from AT&T ballpark and is accessed by pulling into one of several entrances on Townsend St. Contrary to it's address, it is actually not accessible via King St. Rates run $3/20mins, up to a max of $20. While this price is about average for a garage in this area, like most other opportunistic garages surrounding the ballpark, has a variable rate when the Giants are playing. I've had the unfortunately luck to park here one day when a game was going to be playing and had to pay $50. But judging by other's posts, I guess I was lucky since they had to pay $70-$80.

The bright side about this garage other than it's convenient location is the fact that it is very big, easily maneuverable (unlike garages in DT SF), brightly lit, and seemingly manned by quite a few attendants later on in the day to deter theft.

As this garage is also connected to a Safeway, you can park on the Safeway designated spots for up to a max of 90mins. And if you are spending $5 or more, can get your ticket validated in the store for free parking.

My car was broken into in the Beacon Parking. Nothing was in the car, and to this day I'm not sure what was stolen - perhaps just a drunk vandal.

The parking lot took zero responsible and did not even cooperate with the police. They refused to provide access to the security cameras.

The parking agents had the nerve to accuse me of parking in the wrong spot. As if that had anything to do with the break in.

They showed absolutely zero sympathy. Instead, they showed me their terms of service that limit their liability.

I do not recommend parking here. Plus, because this lot is so close to AT&T Park, you can usually expect to find your car soaked in urine.

Parked at this place at 7 PM on 4/7/2018. There was NO sign showing special event price. Took a picture at the gate before going into the parking lot. Picked up the car at 11:17PM on 4/7/2018. The sign shows the maximum charge for 24 hour period was $20. Had to pay $70 to leave the parking lot. 4 hours parking for $70???!!!!! And the customers were not aware prior to entering the facility. Contacted the facility manager and was told it was a special event date (Ball game ended at 4:05 PM). It's ridiculous! There was no sign showing special event charge prior to entering the parking lot as the game was OVER!!!

The sign shows $20 max rate for 24 hours.
Paid $70 to get out of the parking lot.

Signs say 90 minutes free if Safeway validates your ticket. I spent $15 at Safeway, the cashier took my parking ticket and ran it through some machine and handed it back. Apparently they validated my parking ticket.
When I left the parking structure i was charged full rate at 20 minute intervals for the 45 minutes i was there 3 x $3 = $9.
If there is some trick to getting the validation from Safeway to work, no one lets you know what it is.
